1. Introduction
The report is based on the implementation of a proper ERP system within CLNRecycle
Ltd. The company is one of the most owned and highly operated recycling company. The
primary purpose of the company was based on providing different solutions for product that
would be recycled. The products of the company were mainly sold is Japan, New Zealand and
Australia. With the implementation of the various new kinds of processes within the systems at
the organisation, there have been different kinds of issues that have been discovered. Different
kinds of major form of business requirements would require different drivers who would be able
to provide various kinds of solutions for the business (Galy and Sauceda 2014). The selection of
the different kinds of ERP systems would be a helpful solution for the business processes of the
company.
This report would be helpful for outlining the different kinds of problems and thus would
be able to provide solutions based on the needs of the organisation. A process of risk
management has been provided within the report. This would help in analysing the level of risks
that could get involved within the company (Ha and Ahn 2014). Based on the analysing of the
risks, a particular change management process would be provided based on the implementation
of the ERP systems within CLNRecycle Ltd.
2. Project Background
There would be an effective system of work within the organisation. The company has a
very rich experience of work within the industry. The impact of effective work within the
industry includes the assessment of common kinds of data sets within CLNRecycle Ltd. The use
of several kinds of assets within the organisation is one of the important resources that have been

used by the organisation. The company is responsible for researching and thus developing
environment-friendly recyclable products (Ward and Barker 2013). The company would expand
their operation within India based on the accessing of the local recyclable materials. They would
also be able to develop and thus sell those products. In the current times, the company has nearly
800 employees and 400 among them would mainly work in the sorting centres and production
lines within the manufacturing plants of the organisation. The Product Design and R&D units are
primarily located within the Melbourne city. They would hence be able to communicate with the
higher managerial team of the organisation.
With the impact of the latest systems within the organisation, the company has been
found to operate with the traditional form of supply chain system. They would thus have to focus
on the long term and local suppliers who would be able to provide wide form of assistance for
the company (Gandomi and Haider 2015). With the impact of these kinds of processes within the
systems, it has been seen that there were a number of challenges that have been faced by the
organisation.
3. Analysis and Evaluation
3.1 Present Situation Analysis
Based on the different kinds of situations within the organisation, there would be
different kinds of business requirements and primary drivers that would be able to provide
different kinds of resources to the CLNRecycle Ltd. Some of the primary kinds of drivers of
CLNRecycle Ltd are:

 Supply Chain Management – The present form of SCM of the CLNRecycle Ltd are
mainly dependent on the supply from the local market suppliers and the traditional
delivery methods (Christopher 2016).
 Aggressive Market Share and Revenue - CLNRecycle Ltd should primarily focus on
their current share within the market. This would be helpful for them for reducing the
different incurred costs within the highly competitive market. The generation of revenue
could be defined as one of the most important assert of the organisation based on
developing a strong share within the market (Armstrong et al. 2014). The variant use of
different kinds of product based platforms would be helpful for increasing the different
kinds of costs and complexity of the organisation.
 Assessment of Engineering Capability – The aspect of engineering within the
innovation of products could be considered to be an important driver of the productivity
of the organisation. The use of the technique of innovating products could be helpful for
increasing the demand of products for the organisation (Dodgson 2018).
 Increase of Manufacturing of Products – Higher production within the organisation
has been considered as a crucial input for the organisation. The SCM within the
organisation faces immense forms of pressures based on increasing the rate of production
of CLNRecycle Ltd.
 Mitigation of Risks – Different forms of innovative technologies could be considered as
an important factor for the purpose of mitigating the various kinds of incurred risks
within the organisation (Soomro, Shah and Ahmed 2016).

units of manufacturing, they have been helpful for minimizing the various costs of the

various kinds of manufactured products that have been developed by CLNRecycle Ltd.
Hence, it has been considered that there has been an increase in the pace of production of
products within the current market.
 Creation of Performance Factors and Features of Products – There should be a
control within the purchase of raw materials for manufacturing of products. These costs
should be highly considered and controlled based on providing maximum profits for
CLNRecycle Ltd. The major form of change within the use of manufacturing within the
organisation would provide help in maintaining a proper kind of labelled approach for the
growth of the organisation (Estampe et al. 2013).
 Aggressive Sales Planning – There should be a high form of planning of sales of
CLNRecycle Ltd based on the products that have been manufactured by them. With the
impact of high form of sales within the organisation, it would provide help for increasing
the revenue of the organisation (Avgerou and Walsham 2017).
 Decision Making System – The involvement of stakeholders within the organisation

3.2 Process of Software Selection
The ERP system software that could preferably be used for the benefits of the
organisation is SAP Business Suite 4 SAP HANA. The SAP S4 HANA could be defined as a
form of next form of business generation suite. This software has been discussed as a new kind
of product that could be used for the building of the advanced platform of in-memory (Plattner
and Leukert 2015). This software has been primarily been designed based on the modern form of

principles of design. The use of this software primarily helps in delivering massive kind of
simplified systems and thus helps in innovating new kinds of business processes. They would
hence be helpful for running a simple form of digital based economy. The software processes
aids in the creation of unique kinds of opportunities for different business organisations (May et
al. 2017).
In a secondary manner, the companies would help in directing the simplifying of their
different kinds of processes. They would also help in simplification of the various kinds of
processes and thus be able to drive them towards efficiencies and real form of changes. The
impact of IT would help in the creation of various kinds of business based opportunities and thus
would help in the reduction of costs of ownership of the business (Kale 2014).

selection of the ERP software based on CLNRecycle Ltd are:

responsibility for deciding the budget and time that would be taken for the benefits of the

of solutions for the various processes within the market for the benefit of the organisation. The

platforms could be performed with the help of SAP S4 HANA systems.
CLNRecycle Ltd could make use of role based experience of the users that would be

training and thus increase in the level of productivity. The SAP S4 HANA would also aid in
allowance of the SAP Business Suite that would integrate the level of transactions based on a
platform of single memory. The different kinds of solutions provide by both of these companies
should be able to provide business requirements according to the specific needs of the
businesses.
The inclusion of Waterfall methods includes the proper form of implementation of ERP
systems. The different steps include:

be necessary for adoption of rich strategies before the implementation of ERP software within

3.5 Change Management
The aspect of change management could be considered as to be an important concept
within the implementation of ERP systems within the organisation. The change of the behaviour
within the working pattern of the employees could provide help for the development of the
organisation (Ptak and Schragenheim 2016).
There would also be different forms of limitations based on the inclusion of the model
that would not be applicable for different kinds of situations. The management of change would
be able to explain the ethical and social dimensions of learning (Chang 2016). The major kinds
of limitations within the model would mainly lack within the aspects of validity, objectivity and
reliability.

of IT should be helpful for the enhancement of the technical liabilities of the units of
manufacturing within the organisation. The different kinds of usage of the processes of risk
management should be maintained. The impact of the processes developed in the risk
management plan should be able to mitigate the various kinds of objectives and goals that would
be set for the organisation. There are different kinds of strategies that have been adopted by the
organisation. The integration of motivation and training sessions should be helpful for the
