ABSTRACTIn the following report, the major objective of the investigator in to analyse theeffectiveness of the British framework and MMA. In addition to this various policies, practicesamd code of conduct which used by the airline organisation in order to protect its soldier hasbeen alos addressed in this report. Furthermore, comparison between the maintenance structuresof the Air Wing Armed Forces of Malta and UK Royal Air. In addition to this the British versusmalteses military airworthiness has been also addressed in this assignment. In this presentdissertation, researcher has been used the secondary data collection method for collect theinformation about this topic about the airworthiness. With assistance of the secondary datacollection method, investigator can able to collect the data from the articles, journal, books etc.In the entire dissertation , scholar has focused on the secondary data through which reliable andvalid conclusion has been made. Some of the ethical consideration aspect has also followed bythe investigator for obtain the valid and accurate solution of the research problem.

INTRODUCTIONIn the present era, the airline industry is continuously developed due to its high customerdemand. Due to changing technology and advancement, this industry deliver an effective andhigh quality of airline services to customers. Airworthiness is the measure of an aircraft'ssuitability of safe flight. It is a kind of certificate which approved by the national aviationauthority and maintained by performing the desired maintenance action. The application ofairworthiness refers to the atmosphere and condition of an aircraft. It also defines the suitabilityfor flight of aircraft which designed with engineer. In a simple word it can be said thatairworthiness is positive condition of the aircraft by which customer can able to get high qualityand effective air service (Hermanto and Muhammad, 2017). In a simple word it can be said thatairworthiness is a legal and mechanical status of an aircraft in terms of its readiness andsuitability for the flight. The organisation which deals in the airline's industry have main aim isto deliver the safe and high quality of airline services to its customers. While company deal inthe airline sector then it is great responsibility of them to keep secure and safe its customers. It isanother responsibility of the airline company to deliver an excellent quality of airline servicesthrough which customers can get an impressive satisfaction in the field of aircraft. Anairworthiness is a kind of certificate which grants and authorised by the government to operatean aircraft in flight (Stanton and Harvey, 2017). The following report provides a deep knowledgeand understanding about the British framework and Maltese Military Airworthiness framework.It is an independent corporation which is responsible for regulating air safety across defence. Themajor aim of this organisation is to deliver (Smith, 2015).In the 2 September 2006 a in the Afghanistan, there are huge crash of Royal air forceHawker Siddeley Nimrod through which many of the people have got the serious injury andmany of them got died. Due to this crash, there are several people have dies by this BritishMilitary (Authority, 2016). Background of the studyThe airline industry is a service industry but due to all the equipment and facilitiesinvolved in transportation. In the present time, many of the soldier prefer to purchase thetransportation services in the airline sector. By this crash, there various kinds of the loss occurredin the Afghanistan. As per the research it has been founded that the aircraft is believed to havesuffered a fuel leak during mid-air refuelling while it was controlled a NATO offensive. (Evansand HARPER, 2016). The major objective of this dissertation is to find out the comparisonbetween the British military airworthiness and Maltese military airworthiness framework. In the2 September 2006 in the Afghanistan there are huge crash of the airplane by which many peoplegot the serious injury and some of them died by this British military. In the present dissertation,scholar has selected this mentioned case study about to the NIMROD crash of September 2006(Kleymann and Seristö, 2017) Thus, scholar wanted to find out the historical data pertaining tothe aircraft accidents in the Malteses island. Moreover, investigator has also defined the militaryaviation authority (MAA) which is an independent organisation in the airline industry whichdeveloped and designed in the country in order to protect the soldier who taking the airlineservices. Another important aspect in this present dissertation is to analyse the framework of themilitary aviation authority (MAA) at the time of the NIMROD crash of September 2006 (Stantonand Harvey, 2017). One major reason forselecting this topic is to analyse the effectiveness of the British framework and Maltese Militaryairworthiness framework. In addition to this, another important aim of this investigation is tocompare the gap in the Air Wing's Policies and British regulatory framework (Jones and Partush,2017). In this dissertation, researcher have another aim is to find any historical data pertaining toaircraft accidents in the Maltese Island. In order to select this topic for the dissertation, scholarinterest and previous knowledge is one of the factor which affect the investigator to select thistopic as research topic. Investigator has huge interest in this topic about to the European militaryairworthiness authority and the British military airworthiness organisation. That is why scholarhas been selected this topic for further investigation.
