Primark possesses astrong history related to corporate governance and involves different risk and ethics issues suchas unfair trade, abuse and various matters related to management. Importance of casePrimark operates in an international market and thus possess several issues in different areas andtherefore, the current study has been undertaken which presents a detailed analysis regardingcorporate governance, risk and ethical issues. It also helps in identifying the effects directly orindirectly which have upon business regarding improving business situations and overcome theproblems concerning the protection of the environment.Structure of case studyCase study possesses following structure which begins with the description of Primark companyafter that it will be showcasing some main scandals occurred within the company and whichimpacts upon the business performance.
