around the entire world. Many patients are facing the high risk
of cardiac attack that is leading to drastic change in lifestyle of
people and increased reliability over prescribed medication.
The major purpose of analyzing the case study is to support the
management strategies through proper evidence based
strategies of including proper intake of medication, exercise
schedule and nutrition including other essential information
such as blood pressure etc. for improving the health of patients
in case study Phill.
Phil is the patient who have severe health issues which
are related to the impairment of renal failure and
cardiovascular issues which enhances the risk of death.
He has Oedema that is why her water intake is
increasing in the body and this is the reason, she has
been facing various problems. As he is now having
lower sodium intake in the body, and her kidney does
not working properly.
The functioning is totally relied upon her blood urea
and serum creatinine. As his blood urea is at the
excessive level and his serum creatinine is also
increasing. That is why, there is a risk of death of the
patient. This can be said that the Mr. Phil is also taking
various drugs which is life threatening which can
reduce his life as well.

should include 2, 000 calorie diet including 4-5 cups
vegetable serving, one-ounce grains serving, serving
of fruits few times, 2-3 8-ounce of low-fat or fat free

including fish and poultry each day.
