Plenty of parties those are associated with this plan such assponsors, stakeholders and other group those are spending lot of their valuable time in makingchanges to attain their aims and objectives. According to the mention case of developing anaction plan for their respective areas for the purpose of developing “Rehab service medical”.Every team member met with their concern department people to get assistance and determinetheir requirements. In order to estimate valuable outcomes collected from everyone those are involve in ateam which is been called by the CFO(Chief financial officer). They help in determining thebudgets for their action plan. CFO had asked to validate total estimates of costs and revenuesfrom facility operations, project earnings and return on investments(ROI). To handled theprojects a new consultant had been hired by the CFO known as Dr. Sara Sharf because she ishaving total five year of experiences in formulating business plans for making assisted livingfacilities. They have looked at what needed to be included in the facility to meet demand of theirtargeted populations. After gathering crucial information additional sites visits of facilities andmeeting with chosen construction contractor they has finalised the layout of units and space areaswhich would be included into the design. The project manager requested and retain an actionplan and estimate total cost from construction contractors. The total costs probably required to run a project needed as $70 per square foot withstandard deviation of $3.67. The most important functions of a project managers is to removeuncontrollable modification. A change is one of the triple constraints of a projects that has ahuge impacts on various factors over other components. They major key aspects is to identifyneed to manage scope of a project in accordance with the agreed requirements, costs and planschedule. The stakeholders are determine earlier in a project and their interest, expectation andsignificant that are valuable in a project plan. Various stakeholder have different interest,behaviour and value. Effective communication can ensure that they can retain information that ismore relevant to their crucial needs and develop positive attitudes to a project. The project status require to be track and monitor effectively by using effective tools andtechniques. Project manager must ensure that it would get accomplish by using timely and3
effective collection of outcomes. They should follow ethics during formal communication in aproject planning. Every managers need to use law of success which is:35% Hard skills+ 65% Soft skills= 100% Success.Effective communication consists of a well planned infrastructure and processes,messages and documents. These are use as positive exchange of data among project stakeholderand maintain aligned with the project aims and objectives. Communication management requiredto plan during the initial phase of a project. It consists of analysing information and basicrequirements of the stakeholder. A communication process is a set of steps that are requires to beadopted for every projects in an organisation. It can be undertaken as a effective part in a projectlife cycle. PART B:Project management plan is an essential aspects of any concept which is formalapproaches which is uses to manage a project execution. The documents that are required tomake vital action for setting up new Rehab service medical. The medical Director felt topurchased too many costly equipments which was not vital for the project. The plan was framedat the meeting of board of trustees. The facilities would be set up as a profit subsidiary of themedical centre so that it can generate a profit and not to be subjected to the strict rules of hospitalrecognise agencies. The board was assured that all the facilities need to be meet the planninginitiative of increasing businesses. The project plan is an immediate enhancement in the totalnumber of referrals to the outpatient therapy program. Project goals and objectivesSt. Dismas Medical Centre is one of the urban non profit rehabilitation hospital which ishaving the capacity of 450 beds. The management of hospital noticed that there is decline inadmission of patients. To overcome from this situation there is need to adopt different strategiesand approaches which helps in improvement of their current services. The major goals andobjectives which are decided by management is mentioned below:Need to focus on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation of the severely injured andcatastrophically ill patients.Short term goal of rehabilitation centre includes about cost effectiveness in the deliveryof inpatient care.4
