Use Case Description:
Use Case Description
Visit Site The customer needs to visit the site for viewing their
services and getting membership of Indyflix Movies.
They can visit the website so that they might login in the
system.
Login The customer login in the system by entering their
username and password in the system. The user needs to
get their user name and password while signing up in
the system.
Change Password The customer has the option to change the password of
the system. The customer needs to provide the username
and the old password and new password in the system
for changing the password.
Check Inventory The customer can check the inventory about which
items are available in the store and what quantity of
products they can order.
View Details of Product The details of the products can also be seen by the
customers. The product details are to be checked by the
customer including their price and product descriptions.
Check Status of available stock The stocks that are available in the store can be checked
by the customer. The status of the stock is also checked

by the customer.
Check item location in store In a particular store, the customer can get location of the
item that where the item is stored in the store. The floor
of the store and the department of the items can be seen
by the customer dealing with the application system.
Provide Review The review of the product can be seen by the customer.
Reviews are given by other customer and those reviews
will help the new customers to buy the product. The
customer can view all those product review given by
other customers.
Request for new products If the customer thinks that some new products can be
sold in this system, then the customer needs to provide
suggestion to the organization to launch the new
products that is not available in the store.
Check Rental due date If the customer takes any rental service from the
Indyflix Movies, the due date of the payment can be
viewed by the customer by providing their rental service
id number.
Get online Streaming Service The customer can get online streaming service from the
application. They can book the service from the
application.
Purchase Products The customers can purchase products from the
organization through the application and can get home

delivery for the product they buy.
Enter username The administrator also has to login in the system for
access the data of the products and service. They need to
input their user name in order to login in the system.
Enter password The password related with the corresponding username
has to be entered by the admin so that they can login in
the system.
Add stock The admin has the accessibility to add items, products
or services they offer in the system so that the customer
can view them.
Delete stock If a particular item is out of stock, and will not be
available or services has been stopped by the customer,
the admin can delete those stocks.
Edit Stock The admin has the ability to edit the stocks that are in
the inventory.
Add Item Location The location of the item where it is placed in the store
are added by the admin. The admin adds the location of
the product.
Takes payment The payment that are made by the customer online are
to be handled by admin by generating a payment id sent
to the customer in case of future use.
Accept or reject new product

The new product request that is provided by the
customer is either accepted or is rejected by the admin.

The admin has the accessibility to accept the request and
reject the request.
Send notification The admin need to send notification to the customer
related to payment or products that are the customers
have searched for.
View Details of customer The details of the customer can be viewed by the admin
so that they can be contacted at the time of need.

Main Flow:
1. The customer first visit the website
2. Sign up with the system providing personal credentials
3. Get user name and password
4. Provides user name and password in login page
5. Submits the login in request
Exception Condition:
1. If customer does not wants to login, the use case ends
2. If the customer does not have login credentials, the customer will need to enter
forget password.
Change Password

1. The customer needs to enter change password option.
2. The customer needs to enter the registered mobile number
3. The customer needs to type of the old password
4. The customer needs to type the new password

2. The customer should meet the credentials of password

1. The administrator needs to go to stock page.
2. The administrator needs to add the item ID.

For using this information system, the triggering event should be:
1. The customer needs to sign up for the system before accessing the stock
of the company and getting the service from the company.
Brief
Description
The use case shows the activities that are to be taken place in the
information system of Indyflix Movies. The customers associated with the
Indyflix Movies carries out different activities related to the products and
the service that are provided by the organization. This use case also shows
the login activity of the system. The customer needs to login to the
system.
Actors The actors who are associated with the information system of Indyflix
Movies are the customer and the administrator.
Related Use
Case
The use case related with this use case is sig up use case and check
inventory use case.
Stakeholders The stakeholders related with the use case of Indyflix Movies are the
owner of the company and the sponsors associated with the company. The
owner of the company wants to improve the working process of the
organization and thus wants to implement an information system with
some improved features that helps the organization to improve its
business operations.
Pre-conditions The pre-conditions included in the system is that there should be a proper
user interface for the mobile users, tablets users and the desktop users. So
that they can view the site of Indyflix Movies any time they like. There
must be two interface for the new information for the Indyflix Movies.

The customer should have a different user interface and the admin will
have a different interface. Both the user needs to login with the user name
and the password to login in the system to access them.
Post-Conditions The customer will get update about their status of the order, check the
stock that is available for the system and also check the streaming service
that they get from the company. The customer with this use can also
check their rental due date for the service they take from the organization.
