The ERP module will be implemented within the environment of Klasik Moto. The
organization is manage and operate the dealership of The Harley-Davidson (H-D)
motorcycle. The report consists of the possible advantages it can achieve from implementing

project team to focus on the marketing functional requirement intensively so that ERP
module can be competitive at all times. The marketing module must be capable of
establishing proper communication between the agents, sales person and clients of Klasik
Moto. The ERP will be able to understand the point of view of the customers and promote
their products respectively.
Service: The proposed system of Klasik Moto will be able to track and identify the
activities done organization wide. As the system will be implemented in every aspect of the
organization, it will be able to monitor each activity. The system will have a proper
communication medium that can be used for implementing better and efficient working
environment. The Klasik Moto wants the system to be able to automate the back processes of

requirement must be able to trace the procedure of purchase from the start to the estimation of

income tax documents, recognizing customer needs and more. The estimation of the required
goods in the inventory is an integral process of the purchasing module. This process has
several aspects and some of those will be automated to prevent human intervention. The

for entering the system. This is generally implemented through user Id and password. For
highest management executives, the fingerprint verification will be implemented.
Authorization: The authorization is the process of verifying the access of the user to a
specific function or resource of the system. The authorization will be checked based on the
unique identification number of the user. The authorization will be implemented in three
levels in Klasik Moto.
Data Storage: The ERP will have a centralized database which can be used for
recoding the data of Klasik Moto. The system will be connected to various input devices that
will collect data from various sources and ERP modules will process those data to produce
information.
2.2 Technical Requirements:
Software: The Microsoft Dynamics can be referred to as the ERP or enterprise
resource planning and CRM line software application. Various ERP products are comprised
for making the Microsoft Dynamics ERP module. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and
Operations Enterprise Edition will be used as the software solution for Klasik Moto ERP.

Server: Microsoft windows server 2008 r2 will be the server of the system. The
sserver will be implemented within the premise of Klasik Moto. This makes the system an in-
house ERP.
Database: Microsoft sql server 2008 r2 is the database of the ERP module. This
database software will be connected to the core of the ERP module.
2.3 Key Features of ERP Solution:
Automation: The automation will be one of the most beneficial feature of the ERP.
The CRM module will automate the process of collecting customer data and providing order
related information. The system will also automate all the back processes of internal
operations of Klasik Moto. Most of the time, the customer will receive proper feedback of the
queries they submit automatically.
Reporting: The ERP module will generate reports based on the operations done in the
organization. These reports will be automatically shared to the management and department
heads on a fixed date. The management executives can download various reports on
demands. The system will also generate audit reports.
Customer Relationship Management: The customer base of Klasik Moto is huge for
managing on the spreadsheet. The CRM module of the Klasik Moto ERP will be a great way
to manage the process of customer relations. The CRM will collect the data from the
customer end and process those data to generate various information. These information will

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011: in case of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011,
interlinking the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 with database, the entire process will be
acting beneficial as the other servers belong to the similar domain. The processor that will be
used must be Quad-core x64 architecture CPU 2 GHz or higher Such as Intel Xeon or AMD
Opteron systems and the ram must be of 8 GB. In case the ram that is implemented is more
than 16 GB the hibernation process gets hampered
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2: Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 requires a
specification of 64 bit machine for better functioning of the project. FAT32 will not be
blocked in case of using this system
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 installation
recommendation includes 1 GHz (for x86 processors) or 1.4 GHz (for x64 processors) and
for better commencement 2 GHz processor with ram of 4 Gb is recommended
Management Support: Constantly gaining the customer support is an essential part of
the system project. The ERP implementation of such level can face many difficulties and
