The company should look forward to hire some fire workers for the circuit department,
though the company is functioning fortunately without fire workers from a long run but in order
to ensure the safety of workers there is an immediate need to hire the fire workers. According to
guidelines provided by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for
electronic equipment manufacturers of United States, the organization i.e. Jackson Sound , which
produces amplifiers and sound mixers, needs to develop proper health and safety precautions like
introduction of fire alarm system. The company should register its name in the nearest fire
station so that if in case some day the manufacturing site of electric circuits will be on fire the
fire workers can reach them easily. The fire workers are needed to rescue the other employees
who are working at the circuit department. In the circuit department, lot of work is pending or is
in in-process inventory, which means it is the stock, which is not properly maintained and taken
care of. There are chances that this uncared stock might hold fire. This will not only pose a loss
of assets but also can threaten the life of the employees ( Benson, 2017).
The circuit department is producing more than it should produce, the production may
leave number of consequences on the case department and the employees of the organization
both. The workers of circuit department are working more because they are getting incentives,
which is dependent on their standard cost performance. The production should be in a limit
which can be handled by the case department. If the circuit department will not overproduce they
will be unable to earn high incentives (Company, 2019).
