Those includes notThe given case study make use of task-oriented ,people-oriented and transformational leadershipstyle so as to lead the group in the right direction. A good leader can be an asset for the business.In the task-oriented leadership that is is used by Slim in the case study in order to ensure thattasks are done in order to achieve the objectives of the organization. In the task-orientedleadership,the leaders pay less attention to the idea of catering to employees and more focus is onfinding the solution that will help to meet the particular goals (Ferrari, 2017). The work rolesand responsibility,time schedule etc are planned and progress is monitored within the team. Thisleadership style make sure that decline are met and task are completed within thosedeadlined .This style is important for those employees who are not bale to mange their workproperly (Task-oriented Leadership , 2017). The punishment is given to workers and staff if thetask is not done as per the schedule.The second leadership style that is used by Slim is trans-formal leadership. With the help of thisleadership style,people are inspired and motivated to achieve the unexpected and remarkableoutputs. Over a specific job an autonomy is given to workers and also the employees can makedecisions once they are drilled. In order to discover better ways to achieve goals a leader caninspire workers,this is one of the characteristic of transformational leadership. Thetransformational leaders works to change the system. The capability and capacity of the team ismaximized under this leadership style (Prabhakar and Yaseen, 2016).The people-oriented leadership is also used in the case study. The people-orientedleadership will energize and appreciate the employees fro the work they do. In this style thefocus is on relationship of employees and the efforts are made to make people realize that theyare essential for the success of the company (Anderson and Sun, 2017).
