INTRODUCTION
Ethical issues defines as the problem or situation in which an enterprise need to select as
the best alternative. In this way, right and wrong thing can be assess in a systematic way.
Therefore, ethical or unethical issues can be identified at workplace (Ulen, 2015). Present case
based on the Kamil Samra who is sports physiotherapist and specialist to treat musculoskeletal
injuries. He employed by the AFL club and also two close friends of him who are players. For
gaining insight knowledge of the case, it covers ethical issues that are present in it. Furthermore,
it includes deontologist to advise Kamil for effective work.

Ethical issues refers to the particular situation in which the person has to choose
alternatives from among various options that can be evaluated as right or wrong.
The ethical issues in this case study is that the coach and scientist are taking initiatives to
enhance their players performance level. But the method they are using is unethical. They were
supplying chemicals named as Peptide which is one form of banned chemical drug which is
illegal (Sergiovanni, 2015). The supplying of banned drugs is a punishable offence in USA. The
other ethical issues Analysing Drugs by Kamil is the ethical code of conduct. The had occurred
when Kamil had taken initiative to make aware coach and sports management team about this
issue he has been asked to keep silent in exchange of high amount of salary this is wrong done
by the coach and sports management team. In the above case study both the person those who are
paying to hide issues are breaking the law. The kamil has not done right by accepting the money
and supporting unethical issue. This decision was taken by him by considering parents care this
was the ethical code of conduct by him (Praestegaard and Gard, 2013).
Deontologist advise Kamil to do work
Sports therapy is the fast emerging exercise which working as the graduate profession
and developing sport and exercise of participants. It helps to prevent and treat injuries with using
principles of sport and exercise. Following are deontologist advise Kamil to do work:
 Assessment need to be conduct for enhance fitness level of players, athletes and advise
on exercises for an event.
 Test joints for ease and range of the movement.

 Provide emergency aid in sport or exercise environment (Warnock, 2015).
 Treat and mobilise injuries for alleviate pain.
 Liaise with some healthcare professional in sports sector.
Duty of Kamil
Kamil has first duty towards his parents them coaches and then towards his team. Before
taking any decision and before making any strategies Kamil should analyse the influence of his
activities on these people. As these people have very active role to play in his life and any illegal
activity conducted by him would also have impact on them. Parents has fulfilled their
responsibilities providing car, education to him. By making their contribution in fulfilling his
dreams. His coaches has provided him training and mas assist him in becoming good sports
person (Ulen, 2015).
Further, his duty also categories for his friends who are very close to him. He need to
aware about coach and sports scientists to supply performances in significant manner. It
enhances communication level through verifying information to discover package. With the help
of discussing issue among coach and club management, he can determine significant results with
duty. Further, for players, he need to advise avoid drugs. Hereafter, he need to ensure that care
for his poor parents who lives in Lebanon (What is Sports Physiotherapy?, 2017).
Recommendations for Kamil
In the present case, following recommendation can be provide:
 Kamil need to know about problem of each person in the present case such as parents,
close friends, Club, etc. (Clinical Guidelines, 2017).
 Reduce variability in the clinical practice so that he can improve clinical outcomes in
systematic way. It will help to give clinician direct access to the knowledge base of the
experts.
 With the help of effective interventions, greater cost effectiveness can be develops at
workplace. It helps to developing direction of future in clinical research.
 Increasing in transparency of evidence also assists to justify interventions. It will help to
provide quick access to synthesis of the evidence (Drolet and Hudon, 2015).

CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that ethical issues determines significant
results at workplace to assess problem and situation. In this context, present report based on
Kamil Case that helps to make systematically decisions about the health care. Furthermore, it
summarized about duty of Kamil for parents, club and friends.
