INTRODUCTIONWorkplace health and safety is important for every business in order to ensure employeesthat they are working in a safe environment. The report will cover communication of WHS newprocedures, how does it take to arrange and complete training from the training needs identifiedand Training effectiveness. In addition to this, Conventions and WHS legislations will bediscussed in this reportTASK 4Communicating new proceduresThe suitable time for the team meeting will be 10:00 AM. There will be three new WHSprocedures discussed in the meeting such as about tools and equipment’s that are working in agood condition. The use of PPE and frequent breaks effectively. There will be no changes in theWHS procedures that it will remain same as before. No changes will be made in hazardidentification, risk assessment as well as in reporting. Supervisors, employees and managers willprovide inputs about the new WHS procedures. Team ideas will be applied to the new WHSprocedures by evaluating and managing discussion on ideas. The ideas will be delegated to allthe team members when it is completely determined. The new procedures of WHS will complywith legislations safety codes of practices and standards such as workplace safety, arrangementof tools and equipment’s, safety standards and other things related to the workplace will beconsidered as priority. The documents will be accessed on the website. Training programmeswill be organised monthly for supervisors, employees and managers. The training program will be organised for them in monthly timeperiod as per the requirement. It is identified that training is important for workers in the firm inorder to provide them all the information regarding business WHS procedures. The trainingprogrammes will be organised at the end of every month. Before one of training session all theissues and problems determined by the employees, supervisors and managers will be conductedas a documentary process.Q3. Has training improved the employees work practice and explaining observationTraining session organised for employees is effective and well planned. The trainingsession helped employees to gain their knowledge regarding WHS practices at workplaceeffectively. The training has also improved work of employees regarding their skills andknowledge of how to manage work place safety at work place while working in a cookery. It wasobserved that employees were not aware of such things provided in training session that it wasvery necessary for them to increase their working capability and effectiveness. In addition to this,some employees are still required training that they do not understand what things should beconsidered while working in a Cookery. An action plan will be made to provide informationregarding this. The action plan will consist observation of training needs in employees who donot understand in the previous learning and training session. This will also include deviation ofrequirements to workers. This will help to identify what area and practices should be organisedagain for them to fill their training needs effectively.2
