1. Description on following terms.1.1Professional conduct- The term professional conduct is derived as regulation ofmembers of profession which works as to perform their duty under the statutory andcontractual powers (Alomari and et.al., 2017). The professional conduct is inclusiveof various thongs as are ethics, morals, and standards of behaviour. Thus, it can besaid that professional person need to maintain their ethical behaviour and professionalconduct in business activities.1.2Unsatisfactory professional conduct- This is defined as there is some consisting ofan act or omission in relation with the practice of law. Something is went of thestandard of competence and diligence in which member of public is entitled to expectof the reasonable competed lawyers is known (Gardner and et.al., 2017). This kind oftern can be called as unsatisfactory professional conduct. 1.3Professional misconduct-This kind of misconduct is only in relation to the conductwith lawyer at the time of practising the law. It occurs when professional person workas to falls short of the standard of competence and diligence in this kind of thesituation that a member of the public is eligible to anticipate when engaging alawyer's services (Hammoudi, Ismaile and Abu Yahya, 2017).1.4Professional boundaries- These are the boundaries which are regulated by the legalauthorities in order to conduct the services effectively. This kind of boundaries areexisted in relation to protect both the professional and the customers. Under thenurse–patient relationship works as to protects the patient's dignity, autonomy andprivacy and allows for the development of trust and respect. 1.5Conditions placed on nurse's practice- Under this the condition is need to be placedas to restrict a practitioner's practice in some way so that they can work as to protectthe public. In this it can be stated that there are some Conditions can be placed on thepractitioner's registration for the various kind of disciplinary reasons in this mannerthe National Board has found that a practitioner has bypast from acceptedprofessional standards. The conditions are need to be full-filled in order to deal withethical standards.
