INTRODUCTIONChanging lifestyles and working practices of the individuals has effected their regimeswidely. Irregular exercise regime and unhealthy junk food choices has become the integral partof adults and kids. This has resulted in creating a high rate of health inequalities within theeconomy (Alakeson, 2013). The cases of fatal diseases are regularly increasing while newviruses are creeping creating huge impact on health and safety of the people. The role of healthand social care is to effectively deal with the stated aspects and manage well being of society atlarge. The segment focuses on helping people in making better choices to lead a disease free life.The present study will focus on the case of Mrs Senna and will evaluate effective measures thatthe business could adopt for developing significant control over the lives of the individuals. Q. 6Making healthy choices and adopting managed lifestyle is a significant aspect of attainingan effective and well defined way of managing a disease free life. Obesity, cardiac issues,diabetes, Blood pressure etc are the major health issues which are regularly rising in theeconomy (Glanz and Bishop, 2010). The case scenario of Mrs Senna reveals that the 34 year oldMrs Senna was diagnosed with obesity and diabetics Type 2. She suffered a heart attack due towhich she was referred to paramedic team. The present health conditions of Mrs Sennademanded a subsequent change in her present lifestyle. The future needs of health and socialcare will be directly affected by the same. The following factors of the present lifestyles of MrsSenna will help in shaping her future medical needs:Diet: This is one of the most significant aspect of an individual health factors. It has beenanalysed that food is the source of energy for a person however the imbalance in theenergy leads to health issues such as over weight, cholesterol, diabetes, obesity etc. in thegiven case Mrs Senna need to monitor her diet and food intake to recover from herpresent condition (Lorgelly and et.al., 2010). A healthy diet regime will nourish her bodywith the required nutritions which will contribute in managing her weight thus dealingwith the future problems related to Blood pressure or diabetes. Exercise: This is one of the crucial activity which helps in managing the health aspects ofan individual. Proper exercise plays an imperative role in managing the level of energy inthe body thus adopting a healthy lifestyle for the people (Puhl and Heuer, 2010). For the1
