INTRODUCTION
The current study is based upon the case study of Jen and Mick who are facing many
issues related to different areas. That is why, they need a support from the solicitor. The report is
divided into two parts such that in agency report, entire information related to Jen is presented
and different roles and responsibility of an agency is also discussed. the next part of the study is
report to the solicitor in which legal advice is provided to Jen in order to deal with the problem
which she faces.
Agency report
Introduction
As per the case study, there are many charges against Jen such as Fraud, Obtaining
money by Deception and against fogery etc. As the mental condition of Jen is also not so strong
and that is why, she hire a solicitor. But on the other side, she prefer to take help from agency
because they provide proper care and by determine the actual past and reason why she had to do
these kind of wrong deed, they provide proper assistance. The solicitor also wondered how Jen
was getting all the money for gambling, but he did not dare to ask because it may look in an
awkward way because it may creates wrong expression in front of Jen (Khenfer et.al., 2017). As
the agency is also require the advice, also seeking to address the problem which Jen face in order
to solve the issue. While on the other side, solicitor provide provide legal advice to client, but do
not provide proper care which actually Jen needs. That is why, the agency is prefer over
solicitor.
Also, by determining the problem of Jen, agency can provide effective care and proper
quality care services that assist to make a life change as well. Further, Jen is still not forget her
past i.e. childhood and even after her marriage, she faces lots of trouble. That is why, by
identifying the reason, the agency wants to help Jen

key aspect such as:
