1CASE SUMMARY AND CRITIQUEIntroduction of the client:Trudy Green is a 24-year-old woman who lives in 1208 Happy Valley. She lives with her partnerin a house that they have bought. She is a happy person and is quite regular with her checkups.She has childhood asthma from very small age and follows an action plan for it. However, shehas not visited hospital for any emergency regarding her asthma. She often suffers from coldsand flu quite frequently and suffers from sinusitis with yellowy brown discharge most of thetimes. She also has to go though frequent attacks of asthma mainly because of her cold and flusymptoms. She also feels stressed sometimes that result in occurrence of ulcer in the mouth.Sometimes she also suffers from headache mainly due to stress but she takes panadol that helpsher to feel fine. She has good values in her life and sends Christmas and Easter with her family.She believes that everyone should get the scope for research potential in education and mainlyteaches fro standards 6 to standard 12. She is mainly seen to suffer from allergies like cats, flus,grass and many others. She is mainly seen to spend her free time by watching television oncouch as well as dancing in the weekends. However, she has issues with her vision where she hasastigmatism and sometimes suffers from dizziness as well as redness of her eyes. Altogether, sheis seen to be a happy person who has the urge to live better quality life and aspire to look forwardin life.Life span development using Erikson's stages of psychosocial development:From the entire psychosocial theory put forward by Erikson, it can be seen that the clientis coming under the stage numbered 6 called the Intimacy versus isolation. This stage mainlyinitiatives the period of early adulthood when people begin to explore their personalrelationships. It might be true that the clienthas gone through stage 5 sufficiently for which she had been able to successfully establish ahappy relationship with her partner. With the help of family members and the support of hereducation by achieving masters, she has been able to develop a strong sense of personal identitythat has made her comfortable and self-sufficient (Darling, 2015). Therefore, these attributes hadhelped her to build an intimate relationship with her partner. Researchers are of the opinion thatindividuals who have poor sense of self are more likely to have less committed relationships.They are more likely to suffer from different types of emotional isolation, loneliness as well asdepression. It has been seen that the client was a very happy soul and she was quite comfortablewith the condition that she was living in. She had no major mental health disorder and was livinglife satisfactorily. Researchers say that when successful resolution of this stage takes place, itresults in the virtue known as love. It is mainly marked by the ability of the individual to formlong lasting as well as meaningful relationships with people (Dunkel and Habrke 2017).
