INTRODUCTION
Business is a activity which is intended to make profits by providing goods and services.
It is a regular process of making profits by identifying the consumer needs and providing them
the goods and services. Business is a kind of occupation which requires specific type of skills to
derive profits. There are various types of businesses which includes company, sole
proprietorship, partnership and corporations (Hernández-Lara and Gonzales-Bustos, 2018). It can
also be public, private and voluntary. This report includes brief about business, different types of
organisation with their vision, mission, objectives and many more. It consists relation between
marketing & finance along with organisational structure. It also explains the internal and external
factors in refernce with J. Carter Sporting Club Limited operating as Castore is a manufacturer of
sportswear accessories. It was founded by Philip Beahon and Thomas Beahon in 2015. It is
headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom. Lastly, recommendation and conclusion are
mentioned.
Public company
Public company is defined as the company whose ownership is distributed among the
public. With reference to England Cricket Board(ECB), it is a national governing body in sport
of cricket in which general public are shareholders of the company. It was established in January
1, 1997. In this company's shares is issued to the general public or public can buy the shares of
particular company (Velija, 2018). Hence, public becomes the owner of ECB.
Purpose: The main purpose of this company to going publicly is that board can raise
more funds from public to increase spending on players fitness, practices and building
new cricket grounds. General people becomes the owner of the company through

Limited operating as Castore is a manufacture of sportswear accessories. It was founded by

Purpose: The main objective of private limited company is to maximization of the
profits. In Castore, there is limited number of share holders therefore profit is distributed
among the restricted member. There is also transparency in reporting and company can

kingdom and comes under the department fro culture, media and sport.

among them is necessary in which without marketing product life cycles and promotion of the
products is not possible (Ng, 2018). It impacts the sales negatively that leads to low profit. On
the other side , without financial budget marketing of product is not possible. This leads to low
efficiency and low productivity for the organisation. Therefore, both the department needs to
work in collaboration.

it can achieve the targets of the organisation. It consists chain of command & the responsibility

Environmental factors: Over the last few years considering environmental factors are
crucial for businesses and industries. It includes carbon emission, safe disposal of
hazardous material, climate change issue, safe waste disposal and pollution regulations.

In manufacturing of sport kit company needs to identify safety standard to evaluate the overall
performance of the kit. The company should focus on organisational events in which they can
tell the people about the importance of sports kit while playing any sports and how it protects
their body. Company also needs to provide athlete development program to motivate the people
and should develop partnership with other sports organisation as well to explore.
