Justifying why selected Cell culture
The reason for selecting cell culture because of its versatility which is always helping to
perform basic investigation, translation on the basis of research questions. In another way, cell
culture is one of the advanced platform to investigate the biochemistry, physiology and biology
and metabolism of cells, diseased cells (Park, Huh and Kang, 2021). Whenever it use appropriate
cell culture and defined the reproducibility in data or information generated in proper manner. In
the context of biologists, cell culture can be consider the advance investigation platform and
identifying wide range of cells, tissues, organs that are maintained in the laboratory (Ho,
Kalloniatis and Ly, 2022). Technique of cell culture have allowed the researcher to perform
experimental studies, and handling biological patterns.
Advantages and limitation of cell culture
Cell culture is one of the important aspect to identify biological patterns in terms of plant
and animal. In the context of cell culture, it has been maintained and controlled the artificial
environment which has become suitable for cultural pathways (Reid and et.al., 2021). In some
cases, it has been examined the supplies of all gases, nutrients and growth factor for purpose of
cells.
Advantage-
Cell culture is based on the technique that allows to maintain level of homogeneity of
cells. Generally, it can be used in the selective media.
Cell culture would be categorised by immune-staining methods and cytological manner.
The demand of cell culture which has been stored in liquid based nitrogen for long-term
basis.
Disadvantage-
Cell culture has been rapidly growing the rate of artificial culture and estimating the
chances of variation at genetic level (Ho, Kalloniatis and Ly, 2022).
It is difficult to identify or measure the cell type since, in the most cases it will not
express in quantity under specific conditions.

Discuss what advances or unique insights does this technique offer over other methods
Cell culture has been determined as the versatile tool that investigate the basic scientific
and translation research questions. The unique insight of the selected tool is aligned with the
consistency and reproducibility in context of deriving results that can be obtained within using
the batch of the clonal cells (Park, Huh and Kang, 2021). Cell culture mainly helps in identifying
the diagnose infection, in order to test the drugs and mainly helps in research area that assures
advancement in laboratory. The major advances that has been offered by this technique is that it
is aligned with reproducibility in the data gathered. It has been found from various studies that
biologist are using the method of cell culture in context of experimenting the studies an
analysing major outcomes (Jensen and Teng, 2020). With the help of this major reason behind
the diagnosis can be known as it reveals the actual reason behind the diagnosis. Numerous
pathogens in the human body can be detected with the help of cell culture. This has been
achieved with the virus isolation under the cell culture as gold standard in context of virus
discovery. Thus, cell culture has the unique insights and advanced features that makes it superior
rather than other method. The major reason behind the diagnosis of the human can be revealed
within making deep analysation with the cell culture. Thus, it provides standard platform in
regards perform research.
How to improve the diagnosis and management of disease by using technical advancement
In the context of cell culture, it is focused on the particular disease and diagnosis,
managing the disease with the help of technical technology. A wide range of different modern
technologies, tools are used in the diagnostic process. In most of cases, it is important to concern
about the health related information through IT tools. It should be covered wide range of
techniques and applied in the health care services. For example- electronic health records,
engagement tools and clinical decision approach (Ho, Kalloniatis and Ly, 2022). These are
considered the different platform in order to keep protect or secure information. The important of
IT in health plays an important role in different aspects and performing a diagnosis process. In
some cases, it is focused on the capturing or recording data about the patient that informs the
specific diagnostic process. On the other hand, it also conducting a proper clinical history,
managing the workflow on the basis of clinical aspect. On the basis of discussion, it has been
identified that IT system supports to improve the diagnosis, management process while
achieving desirable goals or objectives.

Discuss the likely sources of variation in respect of sensitivity accuracy and precision.
The sensitive cell culture system are highly essential for the rapid and accurate diagnosis of
the viral infections. No single cell culture system has been susceptible to all the viruses. The
constant research in regards to the additional sensitive cell culture system in order to detect the
non-cultivable viral agents that have become the open are of the investigation in context of
diagnostic virology. It has been found from various studies that test method that has been derived
from the cultured of human skin cells has been proven more accurate than the animal tests in
terms of identifying skin irritants (Mirbagheri and et.al., 2019). However, abnormal pattern of
growth and uneven inconsistent cell attachment impacts the accuracy of cell culture. Sources of
variation with respect to precision states the extent up-to which outcomes states fact.
Cell culture has been determined as one of the major tool that has bene used in cellular and
molecular biology. It provides the excellent model system in terms of studying physiology and
biochemistry of cell. Along with this the effect of drug and the toxic compounds over the cell has
been determined with the help of this. The cell has been directly taken from the biopsy of patient
and has been analysed (Park, Huh and Kang, 2021). Thus, there are some variation is still
required in this context that increases the accuracy that has been assured with the use of cell
culture. More research as currently conducting in this context.
