INTRODUCTION The project report explains business structure of CEX company with primary analysis and secondary analysis where there are various parameters analysed worked on which are progressively worked on within retail industry.The CEX retail chain company deals in buying and selling DVDs, video games and digital devices including mobiles phones and laptops where there are various scenarios with innovation worked on. Report analyses business structure paradigms with primary and secondary research determinants, along with focus onto interpretations and various recommendations for generating stronger working advancement which will generate stronger working parameters. Report will be explaining interpretation with use of business models for generating higher profits and stronger goodwill among consumers within wide range of competitive industry. MAIN BODY Trends in retail (Secondary research) The retail industry trends are widely expanding on major parameters with high innovation and determinants of higher creativity and stronger functional synergy where there are various new brands and companies growing in electronics retail industry. CEX being privately owned company trades with customers offering cash and vouchers for various redemptions in CEX shop where customers receive wide range of products and services within showrooms where some premium and new items are offered. CEX offers 2 years warranty to customers on all products, services where they can also avail wide range of functional innovation and advancement onto large paradigms.
