Swedish MNC clothing retail company. It's known as fast fashion clothing for men, women and
children. H&M uses information technology to changes in design and marketing in global

As per the view of Tilman and Kareiva, (2018).information technology is basically
dependent on computer and this computer based system assists to explore information and keep
secure information. Technology support to introduce new platform in business operation. It plays
vital role to keep update retail companies with continuous changes and assist to enhance
globalization of retailing. Utilization of information technology in retail business leads vast
change because it provides information regarding product for example catalog, availability,
advertisement, supply and demands of customers etc. IT also provides information of customers.
For example customers profile, nature regarding product, activities, choices or preferences and
distribution. Operation information like inventory record, logistic, allotment of products and
