INTRODUCTION
Communication is one of the most important element of an organisation that aids
management to accomplish high success in market. The process of transferring information from
one individual to another among within and outside business environment is explicated as
business communication. This report is written from perspective of Business United London
college that currently work by adoption of new techniques and learning methods that undertakes
aspects of E-learning (Nagatsuma and et. al., 2019). Moreover, a report will be design for
minimising students complaints provide practical suggestion or measure to overcome from
common challenges of communication.
Analysis and discussion
Theories of business communication
Business communication is explicated as a process of sharing information between
individuals and outside the company and with appropriate communication channel. This also
develop company purpose to improve organisational practices for reducing error. In context of
Business United, this is important for management to improve communication practices as this
aids individuals to perform all work with implement of right information. With understand of
various traditional approach, it is easily recognise there are different ways of communication
exists that provide path to individuals for formulation of appropriate communication. Some
communication theories that are practice all over the world is mention as follow:
Communication accommodation theory- The term communication accommodation
theory undertake motivational aspect and it result about transference of communication
style between two individuals. According to theorist, business united college proposed
about analysis of different ways that include convergence and divergence. With
communication accommodation theory organisation overcome from culture barrier by
transferring style with divergence aspect that highlight about importance of identity in a
group (Ali, Guzman and et. al., 2018). It results teacher adopt and implement respective
theory for highlighting and enhancing identity of local culture instead of their home
culture.
Coordinated management of meaning- Individual or people generate meaningful
results through generating proper coordination among individuals. This aids persons for

proper and right information is implemented to draw meaningful outcomes that
proposed about method of communication. It also result students E-learning experience
and abilities is increased to transfer important study materials that aids student ability to
understand programme knowledge in an organised manner.
Organisational information theory- This is purposed with organisation that
communication perform an important role that transfer information in an ambiguous
way. All members of organisation interpret as well as organised study materials by
which process of sense-making is developed to select right information. Along with this
it is considered with motive of avoiding ambiguity within business United organisation
(Liu, Zhang and Ding, 2020). This is used to improve and overcome from emotional
barrier by offering interaction opportunities that improve longer time-period to enhance
time factor within organisation.
With the analysis of communication theory this is identified by management that communication
theory improve their knowledge by performing their task in an organised manner. This also aids
individuals to isolate all factors that are concerned towards study of important factors with
motive of improving knowledge to look about study of language and other perspective to
enhance programme information by minimising barrier.
Evaluation of barrier related with communication
Communication perform an important role and it provide the way or methods that aids to
manage interaction among all factors by which several movements indicate about different
movements that enhance communication at workplace. Business United face different challenge
and some of them are analysed as follow:
Technical barrier- The term communication according to existing market conditions
depends on technique and technology. With evaluation of company factors management define
about perspective that aids to improve technical knowledge by adopting all perspective that work
as a positive aspect for organisation (Wu, Liu and Yuan, 2020). On the other side, negative
aspect define that technical aspect are too dynamic so it create challenge for adopting company
role.

minimise isolated factors and allow student for communicate with teachers and peers to learn all
study points with more efficiency. It work as important factor for individuals and on other side,
negative aspect define emotional barrier are complex to minimise that results business united
face challenge to understand behaviour of students as some of them are international students.
Physical barrier- Online class take place on digital platforms and it define student face
challenges to work in proper manner because this is difficult and uneasy to face screen for a
longer period. But according to present conditions, online class is one of the safe option so it
work as a positive factor for organisation (Doyle-Moss and et. al., 2018). Similarly, physical
barrier generate negative aspect because it impact on health of individuals such as students face
headache, change in sitting posture etc. that create complexity to understand educator lesson.
Noise barrier- Student face complexity and this generate problems because interrupt
among zoom lecture create problems and generate unnecessary noise. This results class of whole
students is get disturbed and it also results relevant material is not useful for students because of
noise disturbance. This work as a negative aspect for students so it is important for management
of Business united to complete all task by minimise of noise barrier.
Culture barrier- Coronavirus impact on all factors and it results that culture barrier
create problem for students. This is because all students return to their home because of lock-
down government rules. It define about all those factors that results student face culture issue
because of performing work with their culture aspects. It also define culture barrier result student
are home-sick and they are not focused towards study of learning factors. So it also work as a
negative aspect for business united to interact in proper manner.
Strategy to overcome communication barrier
Communication is explained as a method that define how individual exchange
information. The term communication strategy define and include verbal, written, non-verbal and
many other techniques that improve ability of effective communication between a group of
people. Business United face culture, noise, emotional and other barrier that interrupt interaction
between individuals. This is important for authorities of business united to overcome from
communication barrier (Sakhanova, 2018). Some strategies that are appropriate for overcome
challenges are mention as follow:
Verbal communication- The term verbal communication include oral communication
that include speaking, phone call, video chatting etc. On the other side, verbal

letter, e-mail and text. The strategy of verbal communication is appropriate because it
aids students to interact with peers and teacher. It support individuals to overcome from
emotional related challenges.
Non-verbal communication- Body language, facial expression and visual cues are
included among non-verbal communication techniques. Within context of business
united college tone of voice perform an important role because learning take place
among students through online platform. So with implement of non-verbal
communication strategy specifically with voice control it is easy for respective college
to minimise noise barrier. Further, physical barrier is also reduced by non-verbal
communication as this helps to raise and improve communication sound aspects for
interaction. It results communication perspective by interacting with right tone of voice.
Visual communication- According to the strategy of visual communication this it
understand or analysed that individual interact with each other through visual aspect.
Website, online interaction and zoom class are some systems that are utilised for
interaction with person. With analyse of students this is understand communication
perform an important role and it aids teacher and other staff to generate appropriate
forms of communication (Kotian, Subramanian and Mathew, 2020) . This helps to
understand and receive all information in an organised manner to implement right
strategy. It results minimise in culture barrier because when student visit their institution
again than than they cognizance about less home-sick.
Recommendations
With understand of various communication barrier this is analysed that teacher perform
an important role to minimise communication gap. It is recommend to business united that
authorities perform an important role such as teaching staff interact with student on daily basis.
So it is easy for them to analyse all communication barrier so this is recommend to business
united that authorities identify strategy to overcome from those barrier such as to reduce physical
challenge because they generate more problems for study. Another recommendation for
respective college, is to improve their infrastructure and also to focus on culture activities that
gathered all students for performing their work by taking initiatives in college project and

appropriate and transparent method of interaction.

With the analyse of above report it is concluded that communication perform an
important role for performing all work in an organised manner. There are different barrier face
by students at time of learning study due to new methods of learning. With implement of
appropriate communication theory management and students generate interaction that is clear
and transparent. Moreover, some recommendation is also included that aids for overcome from
challenges that create issue for sender and receiver to interact.
