This report is written from perspective of Business United London college that currently work by adoption of new techniques and learning methods that undertakes aspects of E-learning (Nagatsuma and et. al., 2019). Moreover, a report will be design for minimising students complaints provide practical suggestion or measure to overcome from common challenges of communication. Analysis and discussion Theories of business communication Business communication is explicated as a process of sharing information between individuals and outside the company and with appropriate communication channel. This also develop company purpose to improve organisational practices for reducing error. In context of Business United, this is important for management to improve communication practices as this aids individuals to perform all work with implement of right information. With understand of various traditional approach, it is easily recognise there are different ways of communication exists that provide path to individuals for formulation of appropriate communication. Some communication theories that are practice all over the world is mention as follow: Communication accommodation theory-The term communication accommodation theory undertake motivational aspect and it result about transference of communication style between two individuals. According to theorist, business united college proposed aboutanalysisofdifferentwaysthatincludeconvergenceanddivergence.With communication accommodation theory organisation overcome from culture barrier by transferring style with divergence aspect that highlight about importance of identity in a group (Ali, Guzman and et. al., 2018). This is used to improve and overcome from emotional barrier by offering interaction opportunities that improve longer time-period to enhance time factor within organisation. With the analysis of communication theory this is identified by management that communication theory improve their knowledge by performing their task in an organised manner. This also aids individuals to isolate all factors that are concerned towards study of important factors with motive of improving knowledge to look about study of language and other perspective to enhance programme information by minimising barrier. Culture barrier-Coronavirus impact on all factors and it results that culture barrier create problem for students. This is because all students return to their home because of lock- down government rules. It define about all those factors that results student face culture issue because of performing work with their culture aspects. It also define culture barrier result student are home-sick and they are not focused towards study of learning factors. So it also work as a negative aspect for business united to interact in proper manner. Strategy to overcome communication barrier Communicationisexplainedasamethodthatdefinehowindividualexchange information. The term communication strategy define and include verbal, written, non-verbal and many other techniques that improve ability of effective communication between a group of people. Business United face culture, noise, emotional and other barrier that interrupt interaction between individuals. It results minimise in culture barrier because when student visit their institution again than than they cognizance about less home-sick. It is recommend to business united that authorities perform an important role such as teaching staff interact with student on daily basis.
