This paper discusses the challenges faced by young entrepreneurs and family businesses while operating in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It explores the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global initiative and its impact on entrepreneurship in the country. The paper also includes a literature review on the gap in literacy and economic capability, challenges associated with the development of new businesses, and entrepreneurship. The methodology includes an analytical research design, data collection from both primary and secondary sources, and data analysis techniques.
