INTRODUCTION
Skill development is the important part which helps the students to achieve success which
is developed on the basis of experiences and challenges which the students have to face in their
life. Mainly, they are challenges which has to be faced by the students which provides them the
way as to how they have to work under such situations and in which way they can come out of
such challenges(Lewis and McDonagh, 2019). Skills are helpful to the students because this
makes them confident enough to work under every situation and they will not feel low as
compared with the other people who will be having certain skills. When the skills will be
developed to the students then in this way this can be helpful to them for retaining the
information or to study difficult topics. This report will cover the challenges which will focus on
business angle, the skills which have been showed during the challenges and the action plan.
MAIN BODY
Challenges which focuses on the business angle
Their are different business angles which has the focus on each challenges and those has been
discussed below-
 Branding- Branding is the way by which the products and services are communicated
and have been developed in the minds of consumers. Each of the challenges is having one
or the other business angle in which the T-shirt challenge is having the angle of branding
in which the promotion needs to be made for the brand Anything and have to be
communicated to people (Lewis and McDonagh, 2019).
 Finance- The finance business angle can be in the presentation challenge in which the
investment needs to be made by the company so that the audience can know about the
company and the products which they are providing to people. This is the main thing by
which the company would be able to make new innovation in the strategies which they
will be using.
 Operations- The operations will be useful during the apprentice challenge in which the
sales and marketing assistant position will require the improvement in the operations that
means to make the improvement in the way by which communication has to be made.

On the basis of the above discussion an analysis can be made that the there are various set of
the challenge that are being faced while undertaking and leading a business. It has been seen that
making the branding of a T-shirt require many skills such as higher level of the creativity to
ensure the uniqueness in the style and design that is the key challenge that is being faced by me
while undertaking this activity. Beside this, it has been also seen and find out that the meeting of
the financial and funding needs is also a vital challenge and issue that is being faced by me
during the current assignment. It has been seen that our anything T-shirt tend to have with
budget of £200 we adjust £60 for production and still manage to keep £140 of our budget and we
manage to sold our product mainly for active people. Thus, it was quite difficult to have effective
budget and finance management. Further, many issues and challenges related with the operations
is also being faced by me that are related with the challenges of having effective production as
well as effective marketing of the T-shirt.
Analysis of each challenges Apprentice challenge- The apprentice challenge will cover the Sales and Marketing
assistant position in which the difficulty is faced. The experience which has to be their in
customer service job role requires many new things which has to be developed by an
individual.
Skills which have been demonstrated- Communication- In this challenges I have analysed that it is important that I am having
good communication skill so that it will be helpful to me in developing the interpersonal
relations. This will be helpful in providing the best reply to the people in my job role.
(Massetor, Rozali and Marian, 2021). This is the reason why I have always focused on
the communication skills to develop good inter-relations with people. Teamwork- Teamwork can be made in such type of difficult situation because when
people will be working in a coordinated and supportive way then all the hurdles can be
removed. Team work skill is their in me in which I know that in which I have to
cooperate and coordinate the work with other people. Time management- Time management is also the most important skill which is helpful
and specially for me because the customer service skill demands for major things.
 Business skills- I have developed the business skills with as their was lack of
communication so this skill would be helpful to me when I will be working in any of the

company or doing my business. I have developed the competencies in me by working on
such challenges which will be useful to me in my future.
Thus an analysis can be made that the a set of the apprentice challenge is being faced by me
while undertaking and taking out current project that are related with the fact that different way
stress are being faced within a working environment. During the current interview I had asked
the 4 questions to effectively analysis the apprentice challenge. It has been review by the me that
the experience of an individual tend to effectively prepare them for the bigger set of the job role.
Apart from this, it has been also analysed by me that the having string writing skills is a vital
strength of the marketing assistant that effectively guide and make them able to write and edit the
press release to have more accurate and better content on the web. Beside this, based on the
current interview I also review that the pressure and higher stress is also taken as a vital
apprentice challenge thus it is vital to have higher motivation level in order to reduce that stress
(Massetor, Rozali and Marian, 2021).
Presentation challenge- In the presentation challenge, any of the business such as of the organic
drinks which will be helpful for people to improve their immune systems and will be rich in
antioxidants(Xiao, 2021).
Skills which have been demonstrated- Communication-In this situation when the company must be having the good strategy to
communicate with people and with effectiveness so that people can make the purchases
of the product. So in this thing, communication skill will be the most important to
communicate to consumers. Teamwork-Team work is also important under such type of situation in which I and the
other team members will work together in order to accomplish this goal. It is important to
me to develop such type of skills so that it will be helpful to me to achieve the goal of
organisation. Time management- With the achievement of every goal time management skill is the
important one because this will be helpful to achieve the objective. Their are different
activities which has to be followed which requires time management and this is has
helped me to develop this skill.

 Business skills- It has also developed my business skills because with this I have
developed the way presentation has to be made in a team(Pugsley, 2018). Also, not just
this there are many other factors which has helped me in the development of business
skills.
The key presentation challenge that has been faced while giving current presentation are tend
to based on the fact that it might have a poor and boring starting along with falling in the
addressing the concern of the audience. Beside this, ineffective communication as well as the
lack of confidence level is also a key challenge that is becoming faced and encountered by me
while undertaking current presentation (Montelongo and Eaton, 2019).
T-Shirt challenge- Anything will be launching their new product which will be preferred mostly
to the people who spent their most of the time either indoors or outdoors. This will be beneficial
for the people who go to gym or for running.
Skills which have been demonstrated- Communication- Communication is the most important factor which is important to
pursue this challenge because with this people will be connected towards the brand and
this will helps me to improve the way in which I have to make conversation with other
people. Teamwork- For the brand Anything their requires a team work who will be able to
achieve all the strategies which has been framed to achieve the success of this fest
(Montelongo and Eaton, 2019). This has helped me to develop my team work skills so
that it will helpful to me in the future. Time management- Time management is also important because to work according to
the plan their requires a plan which needs to be achieved on time so that the work do not
suffer.
 Business skills- I have to make the excel sheet during the time when the fest has to be
conducted which is useful during the time of fest as many items is required to be
recorded.
Thus, based on the above discussion an analysis can be made out that the may challenges are
faced as T-shirt challenge that comprises of the issue of not having the uniqueness in the product.
Along with this, I had also faced and encountered an issue related with the time management that

leads to issue of late delivery of product along with affecting the satisfaction level of the
customers (Pugsley, 2018).

From the above report it can be concluded that there are different challenges which exist
in the business and each of the challenges have some difficulty or the aspect which has to be
tackled by the businesses. But the learning of these challenges is helpful for the development of
certain skills which helps the person to tackle such type of challenges easily and with
productivity. It is important to make the demonstration of such type of challenges so that the
challenges can become easier to cope up with.
