INTRODUCTION
This business report majorly focuses on the challenges and problems which are usually
focused by an organisation (Bolton and et.al., 2018). This report will discuss different functions
and operations are performed on regular basis such as finance, advertising, human resource
management, branding, advertising.
MAIN BODY
Organisations involve number of challenges which requires right skills to overcome
them. Different departments require respective skills according to the requirements such as
critical thinking, communication, decision making, consistency and time management.
Marketing
It is responsible for increasing the brand awareness of products with the help of
advertisements. Tesco uses marketing function so that they can overcome the T shirt challenge
