INTRODUCTION There are many people who leave the prison and came back to live their normal life but due to some contemporary issue it is very difficult to leave their life peacefully with quality of life. In this report, there is discussion about the case study which can provide some information about some issues which people need to face after leaving the prison. In this report there is discussion about the various contemporary issues or challenges which can impact person health. There is also discussion about why they are important along with describing health issues. This report also consist of recommendation to reduce the challenges (McDougall, 2017) CASE STUDY How a person adhere in society after been in prison Person need collaborative care intervention who is leaving prison. There are various difficulties and problem needs to face by the individual which is generally related with resettlement and getting any job, complex health problems, social exclusion and many more. There are many people with severe mental illness, substance use disorder are generally in touch with the specialists to watch their activity and provide better counselling to get over through the disorders. There are various health related problems are related with person who leave the prison like anxiety, post-traumatic stress, depression etc. There are many other contemporary problem need to be faced by the person like getting better healthcare treatment, getting place in society, building trust to live openly and many more. There are large population who faced such type of difficulties in their life after leaving prison and to live in the society. MAIN BODY Contemporary issues There are various contemporary issues in the question which are very necessary to be resolved and make easy to live with. In context to this, these issues includes resettlement issues which is highly contemporary to the person who is leaving the prison. There is also health related issues which is due to having different mental health related issues that can create difficulty in thinking effectively. Due to prison environment people get various type of mental difficulties which leads to create the mental illness. Challenge in resettlement lead to increases the chances of getting anxiety and depression which enhances the high risk of mental disorder,
social exclusion can also be observed easily which is higher in getting mental stress and disorder which can lead to create the difficulties and lead to create the impact of getting chances of mental illness (Bagaric and et. al., 2018). Due to social exclusion, it can be observed that such type of people are not allowed to get job in the normal or reputed organisation which is one of the major hurdle for such type of people for living standard life with better quality of job. Social exclusion also forces society to keep distance from such type of people due to having psychology that they are having criminal history and can again make crime when such condition is repeated unfortunately. Such type of fear make them to avoid to hire people with criminal history. This makes difficult to find any type of reputed job for them even after talent and experience. This lead to created anxiety and depression towards their life which is due to not getting better job opportunity and able to resettle after the finish their imprisonment. Such type of situation make people depressed and leads to create anxiety which impact their mental health and creates health related issues (Koehler, 2020). In case study there is question on the society that when any person after completing imprisonment and want to live their life with quality then society either intentionally or unintentionally creates difficulty to live in the society peacefully and with respect. There are many challenges which needs to face by the people to live their standard life effectively. Those issue which creates problem in living standard life and impact the mental health of those people with criminal history. There are various type of contemporary issues needs to face by such type of people to spend their life after imprisonment. Reason of importance There is high need to get over through the mental health related problem which is necessary to live effectively without any risk to life of self or others. Resettlement, overcome through mental illness and other health related issues faced after leaving the prison creates high difficulty to live in the society in easy manner. It has been observed globally that there are many of the cases arises with similar issues that is related with resettlement and getting job. These are the some of the main issue which are faced by the people after completing imprisonment. Every people have the right to live their standard life with better quality. There is need to provide another opportunity to live their live effectively (Wutich, 2020). Government should implement some of the policy which can help to reduce the chances of getting problem in resettlement and job which can help to reduce the anxiety and depression within people and help to reduce the chances of getting social exclusion form the society and motivate and influence society to allow them live their normal life again or provide them second chance. Policy can help to resettle people with criminal history to spend their life again effectively. This can help to cope with society and avoid any mental disorder that can allows to reduce the chances of getting any health related issues. CONCLUSION From above discussion, it can concluded that there are various challenges that are faced by the people who leave the prison and want back their normal life. In this process they face some challenges which are highly important like resettlement problem, not getting quality job which lead to create anxiety, depression or other mental disorder within people.
