Introduction
The main aim of the research paper is to discuss the challenges which are faced by the
business organizations in cyber security. The paper will also discuss the strategies which can be
applied to overcome the challenges.

The technical innovations in the cyber space are consecutively making the life of
common man easier. With this there is also an increase in the cyber threats which are received by
the business enterprise. It is therefore a major concern for the companies now days. According to
the authors Benson, McAlaney and Frumkin (2019) there are different kinds of challenges which
are faced by a company. However innovations with the help of various technologies are also
helping the business to smoothly optimize their organizations. Whereas on the other hand breach
in the data are delivering headaches for the company irrespectives of a small or a big enterprise.

The Challenges faced
Few of the challenges which are faced by the business in cyber security are ;
 Cyber Espionage in Cloud – It is a huge problem with all the business organizations. In
the present era the businesses are now mostly relying on the virtual storage. A recent
study which was proposed by the author Söderholm, (2018) have found out that the
private companies who have adopted for the cloud adoption has increased to 77% from
the year 2013 to 2019. In the cyber clouds espionage the attackers can directly come from
private data. They can also attack the hybrid cloud technologies in order to get hold of the
trade secrets, the business customer data and the confidential data/ information of the
business organization. This is known to put the business organization into deep trouble.
 Unknown IT assets on the network – In the present days it is becoming very popular that
the business organizations are not having the network to take care of the deep trouble.
This is known to increase the scope of number of attacks. According to the author too
much reliable on the IT devices are also creating this types of unprecedented attacks to
the company. Therefore it is recommended that the company should regularly use in the
network.

the company can remain unidentified for more than years. In the year 2019 IBM under
the authority of Cyber Security Intelligence Index found out that more than 60% of the
