and pervasive technologies. To access services of cloud it is necessary to have a decent
connection of the internet always with effective bandwidth to download or upload files from
the cloud. Only owner of business process management in the cloud has proper control and
access to cloud infra.

Kavitha, 2011).
Security and vendor lock-in
For everyone safety of documents is a very big concern. Public cloud use the internet
and data become vulnerable and depend on the cloud provider to care of data. This is
important to find a provider that allow maximum policies of compliance for the security of
data. The complete security is only available in the costlier private cloud. There is a difficult
procedure to migrate or switch any service provider as end up by facing compatibility,
support issues, and interoperability. The technical issue can arise to solve there is a
requirement of a service provider to support as many of the vendors not provide 24*7 support
to client (Hsu, Ray, & Hsieh, 2014).
