The most recent issues faced by different multinational companies while conducting their business globally is failure in expatriate (Okpara and Kabongo 2017). The Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness (GLOBE STUDY) was initiated to measure different cultural ideas and differentiate such cultures in terms of their practices and leadership pattern that has been approved in different cultures. Conclusion It can be concluded that in order to meet global challenges it is essential that the process of leadership should be positive so that positive outcome can be gained. There is a demand for effective leadership globally. Lastly, it can be said that leadership will be influenced in the way one practices it and in order to make it effective one must be prepared to meet the day to day global targets.
