Change 4 life
The health campaign ‘Change 4 life campaign’ are the campaign of health
awareness. The main aim of this campaign is to enhance the health of people by
taking the proper diet.
The objective of this campaign is to aware the people regarding the right balance
of nutrition with the every meal (Sauer and et.al., 2019). In this campaign, the
targeted age group will be the young, adults and children. As the generation
nowadays is health conscious which requires proper marketing efforts.
The campaign has followed the advice of the World Health Organisation
regarding the healthy diet of the people. The health campaign has includes the 5
steps which is important in taking the healthy diet (Spencer, 2018).
The ' Change 4 life’ campaign campaign seek to reduce the serious health
problems like heart disease, cancer and stroke by adding the 400 gram fruits and
vegetables in daily diet (Frederikse, 2021). The main aim of the change4 life
campaign to make the sustainable development for decrease the obesity
problems.

The statistical data has showed the number of people which has not taking the
fruits and vegetables in their proper diet. The data has showed the intake of fruits
and vegetables in the different aged groups of people. The children should take
the proper amount of foods and vegetables in their diet. The children should
take at least 20 grams and adults should take the 70 grams fruits and
vegetables in their diet (Vegetables, fruit, and nuts manufacture sales volume in
the United Kingdom 2008-2021).
Approx. the 15.5 million people in the UK are suffering from the chronic disease
especially the heart problems and strokes due to not in taking of proper amount
of fruits and vegetables . The 5.5 million peoples are suffering from the severe
impact of the chronic disease and approx. 10 million have low impact of the

Explain the risk factors for the health issue
The risk factor of the cardio vascular disease includes the smoking, high blood pressure, high lipoprotein,
diabetes, lack of exercise, lack of healthy diet, thrombosis, high cholesterol, obesity and overweight, family
history, ethnic background, alcohol consumption and many more (Sarich and et.al., 2019).
The high blood pressure can cause damage of blood vessel and leads to the heart disease. The over consumption
of tobacco or nicotinic based products like cigarettes and other smoking item damage and narrow the blood
vessel and increase the chance of strokes (Hatch, 2019).
The increase amount of cholesterol in the blood narrow the blood vessel and increase the blood clot. The
obesity leads to the inactivity and increase the chance of diabetes and high blood pressure and this both increase
the risk of Cardio vascular disease (Holst, L.M and et.al., 2019).
The people of south Asian and African Caribbean background people in the UK have high risk of cardio
vascular disease because these people are more suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes (Spencer and
Stith, 2020).

The campaign ‘ change4 life’ has create the awareness regarding the diet.
The Campaign has based on the advice of eating fruit and vegetables daily in amount of 400 gram.
The campaign has changed the view of people because it has create the awareness of the healthy diet with proper
amount of fruits and vegetables daily decrease the risk of heart disease (Reipurth and et.al., 2019).
The campaign has targeted the school and college and aware the children through the presentation, drama and other
activity program regarding the health behaviours includes the physical activity, maintaining the body weight, eating
healthy food, avoids the junk food, take adequate sleep etc.
The campaign has targeted their goals by achieving the positive outcomes. The campaign has also provides the healthy
lunch recipes, tips for mental well being (Lee and Kotler, 2019).
The campaign ‘change4 life’ increase the awareness regarding the fruits and vegetable. The potassium, folate, vitamins,
minerals which get from the fruits reduce the risk of heart disease and strokes.
