INTRODUCTION This is reflection based on an assessment. There is discussion related to reflection on the Change Making Project. It is important to note that it is necessary to identify the issue that is faced while doing the group activity (Turner, 2018). So that the suitable actions can be taken. It is seen that there are various lessons that are learned from group project. MAIN BODY A project was assigned by the University. There are certain challenges that we faced while working in team. The topic was about obesity. We were not having knowledge about the topic and due to which there was need of conducting effective research. Formulation of poster was also a task. I analysed that no one was ready to take initiative. It is seen that there were conflicts arising in team. In every team meeting we were facing issue and not able to find any solution. The problem was lack of coordination (Zhang, Wu and Li, 2018). It is seen that no one was adhering to the deadlines and that was causing delays in work. It is seen that I understood that thing will not go right like this. It is time to take actions that will help the team to complete the work. It is important to note that I said that now we will divide the work. The dividing of work was a good idea and helped in managing the work. It is analysed that while taking interventions it is necessary to first of all identify the problem. It is important to clearly define the problems and analyse its cause. In this present situation the issue is lack of coordination among team members. Along with that no one was ready to take any action to complete the work. Then I planned target to change as it was necessary at that time. I have understood that there was requirement of bringing change. Then I took the responsibility and became the leader. It was the right thing that helped me and my team to complete the work effectively(Galli, 2021). The right intervention is the one that help to gain success. The change agents were becoming an effective leader. It is necessary to know that there is proper need to bring change in the working pattern of our team. The changes were like I assigned the work to every one. The work of research was given to the members. The design of of the poster was given to another. In the end, poster was formulated by another person. It is necessary to provide each of them deadlines that they have to achieve. It is seen they were provided with proper guidelines so that they are able to achieve success.
The most specific moment was when everyone completed the project. It is necessary to note that it was a motivating moment for me. It helped me to understand that I have good leadership skills. It is seen that I was able to become confident and understood the importance of leader in a team. It is seen that all the team members that were given the task they completed. It is analysed that working according to schedule helps to manage time and complete the task in an effective manner(Ractham and Srisamran, 2018). All the team members that completed the work with full cooperation and dedication. It is analysed that there is need to work in team with coordination. It was a significant moment for me. It makes me feel proud. I was happy to see that all the members in team were able to complete the task. I am motivated after the instance. The real success is that we are able to form an creative poster. All the information related to the topic was discussed and part of the poster. I have identified that there is need of bringing change at right time. It is analysed that there are such events that require change at that time. I have analysed that this activity and project will definitely help me in future. It is seen that I will be able to lead the team in an effective manner from the next time. In future also while doing group activities there us need of using right skills and providing advise in such a manner that helps team members to achieve success. The use good poster template will help to achieve the objectives. Taking right actions is important and will help the team members to complete the work. It will help me to work in team in future and complete work according to the tasks.
