Introduction
Change management is the process where a company regularly changes their process of
doing work in context of both internal and external environment. There are many reasons for
change management like ineffective production of company, ineffective performance from
employees and many others. Most effective success factor for effective change management is
effective communication. On the other hand leadership is the process of influencing a large
number of groups to achieve a common goal (Belias and Koustelios, 2014). The person who
influences others and performs leadership activities is called leader. Leaders are the main reason
of change management within an organisation. It implement as both positive as well as negative.
For positive reason, leaders change cultural environment and performance of their employees for
organisational betterment. Sometimes they change whole system and the way of doing work. On
the other hand for negative aspect, hiring a bad leader for organisation will impact upon
performance of employees which will be degraded and overall culture of organisation will be
spoiled (Goestjahjanti and et. al., 2020). The following report covers summary review in a
