The major purpose is to implement various strategies which will help in controlling the changes and help individuals in adapting to the change appropriately. Moreover, the major change which is occurring is the relocation of the premises of the organization due to the organizational growth which can cause different changes in perceptions of employees. The most affected ones will be the employees working in the organization as they have different cultural backgrounds and it can affect the overall morale of employees. The change can create negative impacts such as resistance among employees, loss of loyalty among the employees and it can negatively impact the mental aspect of the employees which can affect the overall performance of the organization. With the implementation of Kurt Lewin’s Model, the situation can be handled and it will be beneficial for the management of the overall change process. The strategies related to managing the change management in the organization which can be inclusive of providing incentives to the employees along with redefining the cultural change and it will be help in providing values to the feedback provided by the employees.
