Organization Resources
When the technological resources are implemented within the healthcare system, it is
quite natural that there are several organizational resources that are needed for the
implementation of the change management plan (Brown et al., 2016). First and foremost, the
organisation is targeting for the allocation of specific staff team that would maintain the
monitoring of the medication administration for prevention of further error through the
utilization of technological systems. For this the primary input of organisational resources
required for this change implementation and management plan are the technical devices like
customer relationship management system that are brought about within the organisation
through the utilisation of financial resources.
Identification of the stakeholders needed to support the implementation of the proposed
plan
For supporting the implementation plan of technological devices like health care
information management system software within the healthcare institute to reduce the
medical and medication errors there are the input of stakeholders that are needed for the
support of the implementation. The chief stakeholders of this implementation plan are the IT
forms and the community health centres that are responsible for the funding and handling the
technology (Schiff et al., 2015). The other stakeholders that are included in this change
implementation plan are the staff such as the computer has physician order entry people, the
people responsible for the barcode in medication technology, the people in responsibility of
the telemedicine software, the people in responsibility of the electronic health record software
and the people in responsibility of the patient friendly health record software.
