project report will include major aspects of change management to facilitate key business
activities and functions. In the recent times, change is considered as essential part of the
organisation which needs to be managed with the help of focused approach, that is covered in
this project. This project will also include key focus on major techniques and tools which are
helpful in handling the change. The project will also put emphasis on models of change
management in order to gain competitive advantage.

INTRODUCTION
In the functioning of a business it is major role of management to focus on change
management in order to achieve desired results. To achieve the desired results in a set period of
time, it is key role of a business to focus on increasing the chances of overall development by
considering all dimensions of change management (Das, 2019). Change management also brings
new opportunities and challenges for the organisation which demands for formulation of
strategic choices that are beneficial for change management. In the recent times, it is more
significant for an organisation to focus on development by taking into consideration key goals
and objectives. In this project example of LPHY organisation is taken into consideration, a
charity based local organisation which provides help to Hospice care to the local community.
This can be carried out via a present of minimum £1m in line with 12 months to an NHS Hospice
with the aid of using permitting the supply of extra provider which incorporates listening
provider for the lately bereaved along side the Hospice of Home and Day Hospice. This report
will include major approaches to deal with the change management are effective in development
of a focused technique which also brings organisational stability. The project will cover
application of various change management models which are helpful in increasing business

Pandemic COVID-19 have impacted on the major operations of the company in order to face
major changes that are ineffective. It is one of the key role of a business to focus on facing

level authorities. Main task of LPHY is to focus on increasing the chances of business
development by developing a competitive strategy.
