What is change
management?
Change management is referred to as a
guideline or discipline that helps to guide the
project manager and project team members
to implement a project successfully. In order
to drive the business success it is necessary to
utilize the change management activities
accurately.
I have learned that there are different
change management methods and
techniques those are widely used in the
business organizations. Basically, change
management occurs in the organizations
for the changing requirements and demand
of the consumers.

It is the responsibility of the project managers
to identify, analyse and allocate resources for
particular project activities. In order to
successfully implement any project in the
business organizations, a large project should
be divided in small segments. This
segmentation of task division is known as
work Breakdown Structure.
Based on the skills and knowledge of the
consumers for different activities different
resources are needed to be allocated. It is
the responsibility of the project managers
and resource managers to identify and
allocate proper responsibilities.

arises due to different reasons. If the clients
requires for additional functionalities then the
project manager should incorporate all
necessary changes accordingly. Scope creep
cut down is directly related to the project
success.
Change management in any project or in any
business organization is needed when the
consumers ask for changes. Additional
features should be incorporated based on the
changing demand of the consumers.
In my personal life I need to change myself
when my principle wants me to take part in
an inter school extempore competition.
My teachers and friends help me throughout
team members are suitable for their
positions.
There are many ways rather steps through
which the project scope creeps can be
avoided accordingly. The steps are as
follows:
