MANAGEMENT2 Introduction Change management is a approach which support the companies, individuals and group members to accept the change in the organization(Miletić, 2019). The companies also use organization development (OD) strategy to initiate the change in the organization. It use describe overall systems, philosophies which can be used to achieve the objective of the organization and to provide information that change is well accepted by the employees of the company. It provides various benefits to the company which includes that manage overall work, time and various other resources so that efficiency will be maintained in the company, this also results in reducing cost and expenditure of the company(Brown & Harvey, 2006). In the research proposal, the “OD/change management strategy inSaudi Telecom Company” is selected. This topic is selected because estimated describes that companies in Saudi Arabia adopt various strategies to manage the change so that employees gets motivated and increase their performance in the long run. Company profile Saudi Telecom Company (STC) is thetelecommunications companywhich provides various services to the customers which includes computer networks, internet services and landline in Saudi Arabia(STC, 2019). The company is the well –known enterprises becauseof adopting various strategies by which the loyalty among the customers is increased. It was established in 1988 and reached more service subscribers, in the year 2018 the profitability of the organization was $ 13.9 billion. The operating income of the company in the year 2018 was $3.27 billion; therefore the company also adopts various strategies to change the internal environment of the organization (Franklin & Aguenza, 2016). Therefore, to maintain the level of motivation among the workers the top level executives also develop the policies to manage the organizational develop as well as to manage the change of the company in regular manner. This results in benefiting the company in positive manner because of increasing number of employees that is in the current year the company has 17000numbers of employees.
MANAGEMENT3 Research Objectives The change management strategies are important for the company because of increasing their capability to gain competitive advantage and this can also increase the level of commitment among the employees(Jie & Gengatharen, 2019). The research proposal describes that main aim of the objective will to investigatethe organization development and change management strategy which Saudi Telecom Company adopts. Therefore, to achieve the main aim the set of objectives to developed to understand overall information of the subject matter. This supports the company to fit the employees in their norms and cultural principles; this helps the company to improve the organizational environment and to change the workforce attitudes in the new upcoming change. It is also describe that these strategies also increase capabilities to adopt external environment. From the analysis it is revealed that organization use various strategies to maintain proper internal culture and supports in analyze the external environment. This change can alternate the duties,roles and other activities of workforce so that proper functions will adopt in the organization(Khan & Lockhart, 2019). The objective of the study is to understand the impact of change management on the productivity of the company(Coristine, et al., 2019). The data collection was done through primarystudy, this supports in getting more valid information. The Findings of the study revealed that it has direct impact on the companies of Saudi Arabia and provide positive benefits to the organization. Researchers also revealed that through these strategies companies also raise the capital funds and supports the companies to invest more (Hsieh & Liou, 2018).The investigation revealed that change management increase number of revenue for the organization that is in the 2018, the revenue of STCwas $ 13.9 billion. This also allows the company to adopt various other new strategies and policies so that more effectiveness will be managed and it can sustain in long run(Shanmugasundaram & Sarojini, 2018). Literature Findings From the above investigate articles it is described that change management results in developing policies and strategies for adopting the change in the company. This brings the organization in the stable condition through following the procedure of change management (Khan & Lockhart, 2019). Thissupports in providing various benefits which includes reducing expenditure and increasing the profits and long term benefits so that it can sustain in long run.

Research Gap The above article provides information regarding the strategies of OD and change management adopted by companies and enterprises in Saudi Arabia. It also gives information regarding the influence of this on the overall efficiency of the organization(Miletić, 2019). The articles do not give information regarding the change management policies which STC adopt and their impact on the company productivity(Coristine, et al., 2019). Therefore, research will focus on understanding the requirements and needs which is fulfilled of the company by using change management strategies. It also leads in providing overall information about the percentage of increase in the activities done by STC through using change management andorganization develops strategies. Methodology The research proposal describe that present study will use exploratory research design because the research will be collecting new information about the subject matter and not much of the study is conducted to understand the change management strategies of STC so hat efficiency will be maintained in the organization. The study will also use deductive approach it is because the study will be conducted by using quantitative approach. In this approach the information collection is done through analyzing the data by scientific techniques so that validity will be maintained in the study. The study will used“pragmatism research philosophy” to gather the information and to maintain realism in the research. Therefore, this supports in developing the truth and will describe the overall themes and aspects according to which the data gathering and evaluation is done. This supports in achieving the objective of the research and will reveal the strategies for change management in STC. The strategy of the research reveal that study will be descriptive because in this the findings of the research be described through developing the charts and graphs so that overall results of the study is revealed according to the subject matter.

MANAGEMENT7 The data collection is the approach through which the information is gathered so that more responses will be revealed about the subject matter. Therefore are various methods of data collection, therefore the present proposal describes that study will using survey method in which various questionnaire is distributed among the respondents. The data collection is done through both secondary and primary method in which literature review is used and survey method will be selected to understand the response of respondents. The questions are developed according to the strategies and productivity, profitability as well as expansion which STC attained in the duration and through adopting change management strategies that is by motivating the employees of the organization. Furthermore, the sample size which will be involved in the study were 20 employees from Saudi Telecom Company which provide information about the strategies which STC adopt to manage change. The study will be using simple random sampling technique to include each and every employee in the study so that adequate information is collected about change management in STC. The data analysis was done through adopting the testing method in which the scientific investigation is done of the variables. The study will be using correlation testing method because this supports in providing adequate information about the relationship between two variables and through which objective will be achieved. Ethical consideration The research will be conducted by following ethical consideration which includes that no participants will be harmed while collecting the information from them and whole information about the research is well-explained to the respondents with the objectives and their participation in the research. The informed consent will be taken from the respondents prior to the study so that their consent will be taken and furthermore principles of confidentiality, openness and carefulness are also adopted while conducting the research.
