Introduction:
The main aim of this study is to develop a change management strategy for Fast Track
Couriers so that the organization would be able to achieve its goals successfully. In case of
developing a change management strategy, it is important to identify the stakeholders, risks
and requirements associated with it. Along with this, it is also essential to identify the proper
steps which can help the stakeholders adapt to the changes (Butt, Naaranoja and Savolainen
2016). Therefore; in this study, at first the change goals would be identified. Then, the aim
will be to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of all the change requirements that will be
identified. After this, a risk management strategy will be developed which would be based on
all the risks associated with the changes. At last, a change management project plan will be
developed which will help in help in managing the key elements that are associated with the
change management plan.

Justification that the goals identified are related to organisation’s strategic goals:
These goals will help in the expansion of the business as it would be possible to involve more
drivers on using the trucks to deliver the packages to the metropolitan area. Moreover; with
the help of the PDA and the GPS technologies, it will be possible to increase the efficiency of
the business as the overall process of the pickup and delivery of the packages will become
faster that than the current scenario. Moreover; with these technologies, it would be possible
to enhance the distribution management of the company which further would be important
for ensuring proper delivery of the packages to the customers. The PDA and the GPS
technologies will help the employees of the head office to monitor the performances of the
truck drivers and therefore; they will be able to send the performance report to the General
Manager of Fast Track Couriers. With the implementation of automatic lift gates for loading
and unloading, it would be possible to reduce the possibilities of the truck drivers and it will
be also possible to engage other drivers to use the other trucks and deliver the packages to the
customers individually (Johansson and Marmy 2016). In this way, the business cost would
become lower and it would be possible to save the fund for business expansion. Therefore;
these two goals align with the strategic goals that the company has defined.
