Presently, it is the basic requirement of the government operations that require huge amount of

and effectiveness in the e-government by identifying and eliminating those factors which were

Methodology
Data collection
For this topic, two ways of data collection will be included. One will be the primary data
collection method and others will be secondary data collection. The primary source of data
collection method is used to get firsthand information with respect to the particular research. For
this study, primary data will be collected with the help of conducting direct interviews along with
questionnaires which will include some selected questions from almost 15 employees who are
working in e-governments departments (Gill, Stewart, Treasure & Chadwick, 2008). This type of
data collection will provide us the real information about the change that is being faced by these
employees through their employment journey. The primary data collection method is effective to
get secured data as it could directly collected by the employees.
Another method of data collection will be secondary sources, in which the information collection
will not be the firsthand pattern. In fact, the information data will be collected from indirect
sources like internet, related articles, and projects which have been done on this change
management practice in e-government transformation. Although the data collected from these
sources cannot be completely reliable. This method will help us in saving a lot of time and
efforts because the information will be able in the great amount which can be later explored for
our main objectives.
Data analysis
