Change of Management and Impact on Employees

This case study explores the impact of change of management on employees and suggests steps to retain employees and boost retention. The case study discusses the transition of KazOil from Canadian to Chinese management and the detrimental effects it had on employee morale. It also compares the management styles of the two countries and provides recommendations for the Chinese management to improve employee retention.
