It is essential for them to retain their employees by
offering them a good level of incentives because their
most of the employees left due to low offerings and other
charitable trust hire them on higher salaries.
Secondly, they are also required to train their employees
well for their skill development so that they will work
effectively to raise funds from right sources at right time.
It is very essential for LPHY to adopt change within
their charitable trust because they are lacking behind to
raise funds effectively for running their trust due to
many challenges such as COVID pandemic, low skilled
