INTRODUCTIONCommunication is the heart of the business. It is the information sharing between peoplewith outside an organisation which is performed for the commercial benefits of the company.Without communication it is not possible to promote the products and services to potentialcustomers or in the market. This report will discuss the detailed of business communication. POST 1Characteristics of exemplary business communication.Business communication is very important part of the enterprise. It is very important thatevery member of company can share the ideas in effective manner as well as express theresuggestions to company (Kernbach, Eppler and Bresciani, 2015).Characteristics of business communication:Effective communication is a practical aspect of the information.Only factual information are conveyed as each and every thing like date, time, place,name all are clearly mentioned. In business communication the language chosen is simple, brief and clear abd withoutambiguity. There are mainly three types of business communication which are as follows-External Communication: This is the type of communication when businesscommunicate with people outside. For example, managers communicate with customers,suppliers, vendors are all external communication. It can be written, oral, verbal or electronic.Internal Communication: This is the type of communication when businesscommunicate with people inside the organisation (Forms of effective Communication, 2019). Forexample, managers, employees and others. Internal communication may be formal or informal asdepends on some circumstances of the company. It can also be written, oral, verbal or electronic.There are some categories in internal communication which are as follows-Upward Communication- flow of information employees to managers.Downward Communication- flow of information seniors manager to subordinates forcompeting the given task. It is like giving instructions to employees to complete theassigned work. 1
