The CHC52015 Cluster 2 Workplace Project aims to develop workplace communication strategies and plan and conduct group activities. The project includes organising meetings, developing digital communication strategy, and reflecting on meeting outcomes. The project contributes to final result for CHCCOM003 and CHCGRP002 units.

This project will contribute to your final result for the following two (2) units:
 CHCCOM003 – Develop workplace communication strategies
 CHCGRP002 – Plan and conduct group activities

In this assessment, you are required to complete Tasks 1, 2 and 3:
 Task 1 – Complete Parts A and B.
 Task 2 – Complete Parts A and B.
 Task 3 – This section should be completed in the workplace. The Supervisor
Statement attached to this project should be completed by your workplace supervisor
and submitted with your completed project.
How you will be assessed
These units are competency based. In order to be deemed competent in these units you must
satisfy all elements specific to the units and the essential knowledge and critical aspects of
assessment in a range of situations. The assessment has been developed to cover these criteria
and your TAFE Digital teacher will review all your work and assess your overall result to
deem you competent.
Please reference your work. Referencing guides are available in the Guidelines and
information area on the OLS.

Task 1
Part A
Whilst on work placement, organise a meeting within your organisation of a group of no less
than five (5) people (in addition to yourself). As the leader of the group, present the digital
communication strategy that you developed in your Cluster 2 written project and provide an
explanation of its objectives. Seek feedback from the group regarding your strategy,
including any recommendations for further development. Also ensure that you apply proper
group facilitation skills and address the group dynamics as it evolves (i.e. dealing with group
conflict appropriately).
NB: Please also attach a copy of your digital communication strategy when submitting this
project for marking.
As part of this task, you must complete an agenda using the template attached at the end of
this project (include facilities, equipment, objectives and resources. Write down the group
contract you had for your meeting).
Part B
After the meeting, complete the following:
1. Document a summary of the meeting and the feedback given by the group regarding
your digital communication strategy (at least 250 words). In this summary, you must
record at least three (3) separate suggestions made by the group regarding further
development required for your digital communication strategy.
2. In at least 200 words, reflect on how you felt the meeting went. Were you satisfied with
the feedback or not satisfied? Explain why you felt this way.
3. Provide an example of a communication strength you demonstrated during the meeting.
4. Provide an example of a communication weakness you demonstrated during the meeting
5. Provide at least one (1) example of something you would do differently in future
meetings based on the meeting you just conducted. Name one (1) strategy you could use
to improve this.

Part A
Whilst on work placement, and in consultation with your supervisor, organise two (2) more
group meetings within your organisation of a group of no less than five (5) people (in
addition to yourself). You may have some ideas of topics you may want to develop or your

supervisor may suggest ideas. You may want to do a short presentation on your TAFE
course, an issue related to your work place or any other topic.
TASK 1
PART A
In Cluster 2 written project focused on providing safe and accessible living
environment to homeless youth and child. In organised meeting all valuable authorities were
invited to discuss about resolving the issues faced by young children and youth. It is
important to frame strategies to help such people and provide them support and safe shelter.
In order to help young people and children they should have been identified in different
locations by planning a program. After identification they need to be consoled and make
them trust to organisation. To keep track and record of needs and taking care of them,
organisation should take some measures and consider to recruit a staff that may take
responsibilities of young people and children as well assist and support them along with
providing safety. In addition, continuous communication strategy need to be implemented.
Digital communication strategy supposed to more effective and efficient in maintaining
communication within support care centre. Effective strategies may help vulnerable young's
and children to get a better and quality life. During meeting, every responsible authority get a
chance to suggest some relatable planning and strategy and open conversation facilitate them
to give feedback on each other's strategy that made the conversation even more effective and
assist to come up with more recommendations and effective ideas. Active and dedicated
participation of all responsible community members proved beneficial and achieving the aim
of community meeting. Communication established between responsible team members and
fund raisers to convince them to provide support to organisation. To convince investors about
the reliability and objective of providing support to young people and provide them quality
life.
PART B
1. In meeting; participated group members showed full interest and give recommendations in
order to support homeless children and young people. As a group leader I requested team
members to discuss and come up with a solution to facilitate effective accommodation,
education, live successfully and independent on their own by provide affordable housings.
Responsible people need to keep in touch with care centre staff members and know children
and young generation needs and any issues faced by them. Three main suggestions that has
been made during meeting by all group members are:
 It has been recommended in meeting to implement internet connectivity through wi-fi
in care support premises to facilitate effective communication through voice and
video calls among people come under support community. As well provide children
facility to learn and train themselves by accessing internet.
 Some members at meeting suggested to provide every young individual and child
with a personal mobile phones. To make it easy to access through internet but
advanced technology has some advantages along with many disadvantages also.

Internet may influence young age children to learn bad habits and follow
inappropriate things.
 After considering that point; A team authority find it inappropriate to provide children
cell phones at early stage, so he suggested to install extensions at every room to
facilitate easy communication among children and suggested to install classroom
facilities to provide them effective education and training to conduct studies.
After considering every suggestion, team decided to analyse every negative and positive
aspect associated. With the suggestion of providing mobile phones, association find it
difficult to invest such a large amount and provide every individual with an mobile phone
apart from investment and financial aspect, issue raised by another member at meeting was
also worth considering. Children have more chances of getting spoiled after getting access of
digital gadgets at yearly stage. So, this option was decided to eliminate by authorised
members. So the team has decided to install internet connectivity and extensions in rooms to
access communication.
2. Meeting went correct and up to the level of expectation. After a whole discussion and
considering every point, team will be able to take most suitable decision to provide
facilities for support home care. Suggestions and feedback given by members o
3. If the team were so honest, valid and non-biased. It felt like that because no one has
participated or joined the community for their own profit. Every participating
community members always seems to work and support the community organisation
by showing full enthusiasm and try to give their best in every aspect. Every members
has same attitude for the meeting of installing digital communication facilities.
Suggestions given by any team member were carefully and truthfully evaluated by
every member and them all members mutually decided to take provide
accommodations, education facilities, affordable housing for young generation and
motivate them to live their life independently. Feedback given in meeting by team
members personally help the team leader to know areas of improvement. As a team
leader and professional responsible authority, the team leader always tends to
welcome feedback either positive or negative. Positive feedback encourage me to do
better while negative one help me to learn and give opportunity to improve.
4. Communication strengths are:
 Every participant in meeting participated enthusiastically and with full interest of
supporting vulnerable people in need.
 Every responsible team members suggested ways to effectively establish education
and training facilities, housing accommodations.
 Every individual has a tendency to welcome feedback given by any member to
anyone during meeting and ultimately come up with a solution.

 During meeting; no suggestions has come up with an idea of low investment with
effective outcomes.
 Some investors were not convinced with the offerings and not trusted the organisation
to provide funds.

meetings based on the meeting you just conducted. Name one (1) strategy you could
use to improve this.
The conduction or effective meeting lead to better understand the needs and necessities that is
required to implement more in the process to foster the development of digital
communication among the youngsters. Through this meeting the team can efficiently provide
the relevant requirements that is needed to take suitable decisions based on the home care and
support aid in providing home care with effective digital communication. As a team leader
and professional responsible authority, it is essential to provide the homeless youngsters the
required opportunities of not feeling homeless. The team can provide them with assistive
mobile phones and other online social platforms to foster their communication effectively
with the other authorities to acquire knowledge and aid themselves with required information
about the home cares. The meetings can be altered and more flushed with effective
conversation and learning about the meeting that is required to fulfil the aim of the meeting.
By keeping an effective and simple meeting agenda with clear purpose can aid in future
meeting to foster the positive effect of the meeting. By embracing options to investors and
fund givers, the meeting can be relevantly fostered with great impact and outcome. Creating a
safe space for discussion room can be a better option to offer great speech and effective
digital communication among the participants of the meeting. By making the most effective
use of the technology , a team leader and the associated members can provide the best
meeting result to foster the best communication and aid in effective outcomes and feedback.
By taking responsibilities to aid in improvement process of the meeting culture, they can
reduce the risk of meeting failure that is accompanied with effective outcome and aid to the
homeless youngsters. The main themes and schemes should be discussed efficiently with
associated recommendations to foster the meeting's main agenda that is required for the
discussion in the meeting. It is important to provide with effective and effective final review
of the discussion to aid the positive response via participants. By supporting documentations
in the meetings, the discussion can be more impacting in the process to take vital and
required decisions to aid the process in right way. The team leader board holds loads of
responsibilities and so they should be more proficient in their provided roles to give them
back to required assemble within the premise. An effective strategical,meeting leads to
effective communication within the assembly that has come up wit their point of views. The
team leader and other responsible board should also allow time for questioning as this is the
most effective process of the meeting outcomes and should be analysed efficiently. The team
can efficiently provide the investors and the fund givers to provide them effective outcomes
to the organisational needs.

The project is mainly focused on providing a safe and sound environment within the
workplace and required resources that comes with an effective outcome of the workplace
environment. An organised and systematic meeting and effective group discussion can
majorly impact the valuable authorities that leads an organisation holding ampule amount of
working staffs and other responsible employees that fosters the growth of the organisational
fecundity. It is important and vital for the organisation to build an effective strategies that
would foster the meeting's aims and outcomes that is required for the organisational
fecundity. To aid the the employees and the workplace assets, an effective organisational plan
should be implemented through effective meetings and support of teamwork. By planning a
program that would help the employees to maintain ah healthy environment within the
workplace, it is vital for the authorities and the supervisors yo maintain and strategies and
effective process of workplace law maintenance. The organisation and the authorities should
lay and keep a track of the organisational growth and their fecundity. In addition, effective
communication within the organisation is so mandatory to foster the organisational
environment. Effective measures and related strategies will aid the officials and other
vulnerable employees to deal with the issuance associated within the workplace.
During meting, every responsible authorities acquired chance to suggest their point of
views about the strategies associated with the meeting and organisational planing to foster the
work environment to maintain a healthy relationship with the other officials within the
workplace. Open conversation facilitates them to provide required feedback that would aid in
the process of development of the organisational growth and fecundity. By active and
dedicated participation of all the members of the organisational officials, the workplace can

within the workplace. Understanding the resources efficiency can majorly affect the fecundity
within the organisation. And this should be maintained with an effective workforce within
the workplace. Resources are the required capital that is required to foster the organisational
growth and fecundity this aids in the building of more trust within the organisation. There are
several resources that should be fulfilled with utmost significance and they majorly involve
financial, human and physical resources. By agreeing on common approaches to prioritise
work across shared resources. The resources must be stocked and shortly supplied to maintain
the availability of the resources. Embracing the other strategies such as working differently in

lead a organisational decision making. A supervisor's role in human resources management is
to st a strategic course for the department to evolve the organisational performances and
builds the organisational fecundity. Human resource involves ethics, employment law and
legislation associated with the firm, labour relation with each other and workplace diversity.
In addition, this involves management of performances and talent with efficient management
of job analysis within the organisation. A supervisor utilises effective communication,
delegation, positivism, empathy towards their employees and colleagues, adaption to more
confidence and encouragement to oversees the productive employee's team work. The project
team can majorly accomplish the desirable goals by maintaining the effective strategical
planning for the management of the organisational workplace and the task assigned to the
employees within the firm.

The conduction of effective meeting with the organisational officials stated about the
organisational fecundity in their work and the strategies that can effectively foster the aid in
bringing forth great results with fulfilling the requirement and necessities that is vital for the
organisational growth. Furthermore, strategical plans impact the organisational growth of the
company and this can be achieved by effective communication within the organisation to
work greatly within the premise. Setting up of talented and recruiting efficient and potential
employees within the organisation can majorly impact the growth and fecundity of the
organisation. The employees must work in team for effective results that would greatly
impact the organisational report and growth progress. With potential discussion on the
resources and the working strategies within the workplace an employee can gain the

Major meeting with the aim of fulfilling the workplace requirements should be overseen to
aid the workplace with efficient resources that is required with organisational growth and
maintenance of effective relationship within the employees. Strategies related to the
requirements of organisational fecundity was discussed efficiently with later questioning
session to aid the process foster better and effective results to accomplish the desirable goal
of the organisation. With proficient abidance to laws and ethics within the organisation,
resources and other assets, organisation can majorly foster the effect of results positively.
Feedback chiefly details the information and results that an event, an individual or any
other session is concerned to. This holds information regarding the former act or person's
performance to any relevance task or activity etc. which is later used as a basis of evolution
or improvement within the individual. Feedback mainly offers great response towards the
responses that was provided by any other party with contained positive and negative
responses on any assigned work or ideologies. Feedback was in a positive response which
included the other party's managerial strategies and other given consistently, and effective
feedback of the meeting majorly impacted the organisational performance strategies
mistakes. The realisation of voids and spaces with the organisational requirements and
resources fulfilment lead to giving of impacting feedback about the organisational needs. The
responsible authorities and respective organisation was satisfied with the responses that was
produced in the meeting and this aided them in learning about the major missing
opportunities that they were holding within the organisation. The officials and the seniors

and participation of each member within the board helped the supervisor to chiefly assist and
conduct the meeting. It is vital to hear and learn the feedback to evaluate oneself in the
coming sessions of the meetings to impact the result and outcomes within the meetings to
obtain a great impact in return and reward the organisation with major and required assets.

In the discussion of a meeting conduction , the organisation must abide by the laws and
legislation in concern with the employee's health and safety within the organisational premise
to foster the growth and fecundity of the organisation. The meeting here is bothered with the
efficiency of the employee's to give to their workplace and the work efficiently. As a
supervisor of the meeting, it is a concern to provide health care within the premise to foster
the safety measure when working with tools and equipment so that the employees can
effectively work within the organisation and perform greatly and accordingly for their
organisation. In the future meeting, the best use of communication for team work planning
and strategies related will be discussed chiefly to foster the reliance of the organisational
meeting. The organisation can also look forward with the idea of meeting employees with
environmental culture and abiding by the ethics within the organisation to foster the working
related to assigned task and activities. This is the main motive and morale of the meeting that
should be strictly abide by the organisation and take over the potentiates of the employees as
an advantage for their personal and organisational growth and fecundity. As a meeting leader,
this can be efficiently supervised to bring in organisational growth and their effective
learning from the employee's working experience and extract information with relevant
exercises.
