INTRODUCTION
Advocacy as well as representation are similar terms that are part of social justice
processes (Lewis, 2019). Advocacy is the activity that is performed by an individual with the aim
of influencing decisions in various institutions. Similarly, representation is said to a statement
that is made for influencing action or opinion. The report is based on Assessment and includes
answers to questions.
ASSESSMENT TASK 1: QUESTIONING

Services are defined as intangible item that cannot be see. Service are provides to people
as they wants in order to make feel them good and increase the performance. Representation
services are those services which uses to make understand the people and increase the insights to
maintain all activities by exploring their options (Dwivedi and Roig, 2019). This increases the
skills and knowledge of people by creating their interest and teaches how to conduct the program
in future. This also increases the confidence and talent of people to share and transform their
ideas effectively.

In environment, there are many individuals who are supporting them for performing their
role as:
Employers: A person who establish, organise and controlling over all activities.
Friends/ family: These individual are shares their views and ideas with each others.
The individual's client: A person who has analysed the needs and conducted the
research.
Charities: An institution which is started for social purpose.
Union: The sum of people who have collected in a group for performing their roles
effectively.
