Please provide responses in your own words, to fully demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of each term. You will need to undertake your own research (online, dictionary, relevant books), in addition to reviewing your learning content. You should aim to present responses which average 75 words each (to provide sufficient evidence of your understanding). A minimum of 50 words is required. Your responses must be provided as if you were explaining the term to a person who has never heard of it before. Each submission should: i)Average 15 words for each sentence ii)Be grammatically correct iii)Error-free, and iv)Be presented in simple English. Example:Cultural competence is mostly viewed as an important aspect for the employees that act as global citizens. Cultural awareness It is the understanding of the differences that exist between the employees that belong from other background or countries. It is the most demanded aspect in the companies that have global reach. Cultural competence is most required when communicating with the people from other culture. Example:The cultural awareness is most appreciated in the companies that employees from other nations. 2

Cultural safety It is defined as sharing the learning experience, sharing knowledge, sharing meaning and sharing respect. Cultural safety is applied when the individual cultural aspects need to be protected. It is an awareness that is spread by the human resource department and is spread within the different cultured employees. Example:Cultural safety is the most valued in the workplace that promote the employees with equal opportunities and perks. Inclusiveness An inclusive workplace can be defined as a working environment that values the groups and the individuals in a workforce. It is applied when the working environment is not cordial. Inclusiveness is promoted by the human resource managers by presenting a uniform work ethics. Example:Employees have a healthy competition between themselves and promote a good working environment. Reflection It is considered as a representation of consideration or a serious thought. Reflection is promoted among the employees by providing the right of the employees to express their views and is promoted by the organization itself. Example:Reflection in a workplace can be considered as an employee trying to convey his or her thoughts or the practice in a written form. Safe work practices Safe work practices are the practices that are deemed to be safe in a workplace Safe work practices are applied in a critical workplace through the safe work practice and are enforced by the managers.
