Imagine yourself working with others in an early childhood service.
Here, I need to work effectively and should ensure about sharing information and providing advice to
learn new things. In this, I need to arrange regular meeting and discuss the principle of EYLF.
1. Here, I need to communicate effective with other educator which is effective way to work
together within any childhood setting. Through communication, it can be easy to deliver the
information and share through which can be effective. This can be helpful in deliver of learning
services to children and provide better education and care.
2. Through establishing better relationship with children can allow me to get better and effective
delivery of care services while working in childhood setting. This can help me to deliver quality
learning to children.
