1. Imagine that you are Ryan’s primary caregiver.
a. Develop a strategy to manage Ryan’s behaviour with the upcoming changes to the program. (100
words)
The behavior of ryan’s was very uncommon which means that he is having some major problem. Ryan is having
behavioural issue and with the change in the environment he became upset so in order to deal with this problem he
should have asked to do what he wishes to do and should not be bounded for anything. His caregiver should took him to
the garden so that he can play with other children and also can do friendship with them. When ryan will mix with other
children then slowly his this problem will get vanished. As it is realized that managing ryans behaviour is essential
because he sometimes became uncontrollable.
b. Who would you involve in the development of the strategy and why? (50 words)
While making this strategy I would involve ryan’s parents. As parents should have knowledge and understanding about
the issue of their child. As no one can better understand their child except their parents. So that is why parents should be
involved while making the strategy.
c. What information would you gather from other people involved in the plan? (100 words)
Other people who is involved in the plan I would ask them several information. I will ask them that what are the issues if
any other child is facing. As different children have different issue so that is why it is very important to evaluate that if
any other student is facing any issue or not. As to deal with children is not easy so that is why before dealing with them it
is important to collect all the necessary and the relevant information from their known one. If child has to taken acre of
than it is require that caregiver should have all the necessary information about that child.

d. What actions would you need to take, to respond to a parents/educators or another child’s concern that
Ryan might injure another child? (50 words)
I would have talk with all the parents and also tell them that ryan is also normal child like other child. He is having
behavioural problem because he has remain lonely for longer period. But I will give him best care so that this problem
will get improved. I will also give assurance to the parents of other children that ryan will not hurt any of the child and I
will take complete responsibility of that.

2. The decision has been made to build a vegetable garden with the children's involvement. You have been
working on the garden for two weeks and have been working with and observing Ryan.
a. Suggest the triggers and variables that may impact Ryan’s destructive behaviour whilst in the garden.

While working in the vegetable garden I have observed various things or can say that various changes in ryan. I have
noticed for the first time that he was smiling. As a caregiver I have noticed that ryan was very happy when he was
around other children. Or he was doing some work. Ryan is smart child when any work is allotted to him then he
complete that effectively. I have also noticed that ryan was enjoying with other children in the vegetable garden.
b. Provide 2 contact details for support agencies in your local area that could support Ryan. Provide a
brochure or a print out of the details. Explain the role of the support agency. (4-6 sentences)
Support agency is the agency which provide assistance to the other primary agency with their capabilities, resources,
expertise, support etc. support agency will going to provide help to the people who are in need of anything which can be
lets say health, safety etc. ryan have behavioral problem and sometimes he became uncontrollable so that is why when
he became uncontrollable then to handle him some support agency has to call for help. Support agency will provide
guidance to the child and also make sure that they can divert the mind of the child. They will also provide medication to
the child so that he can behave normally.

If talking about Early Years Learning Framework then this framework has also discussed about the learning which took
place in the early life of the child. Learning practice is the most important thing and early years education is the
considered as the foundation education. Ryan is small kid so it is important that his behaviour should be managed
properly is that in the future he will never face any problem because of his behaviour. Early years learning also develop
the personality of an individual.
The resources which is used are kids toys so that ryan’s mind can diverted. In this plan children parents were also
involve. They has been involved because they know their child very well. So that is why they are involved and also by
involving them only plan can be made a successful one. Cultural differences arise everywhere and definitely it will arise
here also.
4. How would you involve Ryan in the development of the plan and help understand the expectations for his
behaviour? (100 words)
I would convey the plan to the ryan and also explain him that this plan is made for his betterment. I have also observed

that when ryan will handle properly then he reacts in proper manner. I will also make him understand that what he is
ding is not right and have also guide him right direction. I will try to motivate him so that he will not get hyper on very
little things all the time.
5. What do you need to consider when informing the staff of your plan to ensure its effectiveness? (50 words)
The factors which needs to be considered are I will provide complete information of the plan to the staff so that they will
get idea that about what is the plan is for. In order to maintain it effectiveness it is important that transparent
communication should be their with each and every staff. Communication is one of the most thing so that is why it
should be effective.
6. What factors can lead to Ryan’s inappropriate behaviour continuing? (50 words)
It is possible that the inappropriate behavior of the ryan can continue there is possibility that ryan may not feel
comfortable with other children and that can cause its inappropriate behaviour. It has been observed that ryan is very
moody child so that is why if he did not get anything which he wanted then he started acting inappropriately.
