used and stored and what do these Acts cover?
Answer The Privacy Act of 1988 and Privacy and Data
Protection Act of 2014 are the two legislations
which provides the guidelines for the same. The
act holds the provisions regarding the personal
sensitive informations of the individuals including
records regarding their , health , criminal and
membership in various forms.

Answer The act of Age Discrimination o0f 2004, which
specifically states the provisions regarding the
discrimination of the ageing population of the
Australia. The other is of the Disability
Discrimination Act of 1992, which states
regulations regarding the prohibition of
discrimination of the people which lies on the basis
of disability.
