“When working as support worker in 2 high care units, Jude witnessed multiple, daily examples of

Hoist lifting was always done by one support worker on their own not two as per the organisations

A resident not properly secured in a hoist, dropped through the hoist to the ground and broke their arm
and due to complications died soon after. Jude had also witnessed residents being slapped across the
