3.1 Issues in term of the operational,
managerial and legal affecting the
hotel Hilton:
To analyse the different issues as operational,
managerial and legislative there are various aspects
includes as food allergens regulations, the ban on
smoking in indoor public places and changes to the
alcohol licensing laws. Apart from this, several more
issues as :
Retention of key skill sets: Hotel Hilton has to hire
various expert chefs for the purpose of making different
special dishes in hotel to satisfy the customers but these
chefs are switching their job from one to another group
to increase their level of knowledge and establish their
own business. This factor is one of the biggest issue
which affects the level of dissatisfaction of customers
(Jones, Hillier and Comfort, 2016).

3.2 Current image of the hospitality
industry
In order to describe the current the image of hospitality
industries there are various factors included as :
Automated hotels: There are various companies under
hospitality industries sectors which are adopting the
concept of automation. Hotels with the facilities of
automated check in, eye scans and many other
technologies are known as automated hospitality
industries. This is one of the most challenging factors for
all the industries to accepting this modification in their
business to gain more competitive advantages
(Kandampully, Zhang and Bilgihan, 2015).
