INTRODUCTION
The report have main aim for argument in child labour with their positive and negative
impact. As the child labour can also causes the economic growth stable and this might be not so
easier in making the socially and economic growth. Moreover, challenges and recommendation
for resolving the child labour issues.

Concepts of child labour
The word child labour can be defined as work that have been deprives children with their
childhood, dignity and potential along with the harmful towards their physical and mental
developments. This might be also referred for the mentally, physically, morally or socially.
Moreover, depriving them with the opportunities them for having schooling, obliging them for
living school or requiring them for attempting combine school just for attendance with having
exclusive long and heavily work (Child Labour: definition, 2018). It had been also seems that
58% of the child are working as child labour and many region have been involved where the risk
for child labour have been increased. While this also cause harm for future related to their child
as they only make work as priority. 17% in services and 12% in industrial sector and also victims
for having hazardous condition. Some of child work more than having their fixed work just for
having more money and that might be important for them.
Positive and negative of child labour in supply chain
Positive impact of the child labour in supply chain this could help the many countries,
families or parents for having their children reliable better sources of income. While this might
be lead at time of having the financial crisis. Along with this also keep the support for their
families in having more income sources. If children families are poor than they cannot pay for
the school fess, so for that the child labour take place (Sauer and Seuring, 2017). Moreover,
some children in developing countries often to help their families in their business for making
more reliable products and services. This have been said that, child labour is cheap, so if family
have sick members that might be children can bring out some of the better income sources. As
per the argument child labour that could lead for having hazardous and dangerous condition for
the child and that could also cause harm for their bodies. The child labour have been started from

the very small ages and that could bring more bad condition in their families. The organization
that employee work sometime that make their abuse with some other illegal work.
Who are being more responsible for the child labour in supply chain
Organization and families are being more responsible for the child labour in supply chain.
As the organization provide them more and more money as per their work and make sure for
having working mandatory. While families issues take place for which the children decided for
working at the small age. This could be also result in completing with their more working hours
and make sure for having the better condition at their home (Teh and et.al., 2019). So for this the
families are being more responsible for having the child labour. This might be also important for
talking with people and make them for understanding about the child labour which causes
hazardous towards their life. But some of the organization forces to child for doing illegal work
in which they keep high amount and having their more benefits. From this they work and many
other to join at their work. So this could be also having being more responsible for the child
labour in their supply chain.
Impact on social, economic and organization of child labour in supply chain
Economics growth led for making countries more and more richer. While this could also
keep the relationship with the child labour in developing the countries. Countries differ and child
employment keep their more reasons and make their interaction between labour and economics
(Yadlapalli, Rahman and Gunasekaran, 2018). This might establish more about the high level of
the child employments impede and having economics development along with leads with having
the declines of child labour. Social effect that could lead for having bad condition in growth of
the countries. As child labour do not make sure for increasing about economic growth and make
more opportunities.
Challenges of child labour on supply chain
Child labour can result for having extreme mental, bodies and health or some time can
cause death. This could also cut the schooling for children and health care. Migrant and refusing
the children, disaster poverty and also risk being forcing them for working in the sector for
having the supply chain towards and that could sometime also lead for having the high risk for
child labour (Cunha, Ceryno and Leiras, 2019). This could also compound for the social
inequality and discrimination. Some of the unlike activities that could help the children in growth
and make their development with having proper mindset. While having the supply chain the

child labour are facing more and more issues through which they have to leave for the education
and keep their family support. Some of the children are working in chemical factories through
which they can have their life in danger and make their more hazardous condition.
Recommendation to resolve the key issues of child labour in supply chain
This can be solve by having the government law which must be followed. As the
organization have to also submit the list of their employee before starting the business along with
their ages. As the government while also help those families who are suffering from the financial
crisis and make sure for having the better future growth (Selwyn, 2019). While this might be also
important in knowing about the child labour act in which the organization should keep their main
focus. Moreover, make sure about starting any business try to avoid the child labour and support
with their condition.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it had been concluded that, child labour are also facing many
issues and that are also affecting more causes to the economic growth. Organization and families
are being more responsibly for having child labour and keeping them for working in factories for
having support for their family.
