ANALYSIS OF SECTION 1
Children: The Early years foundation stage is a document in which the main aim is that to
safeguarding the children. It supports the children experience from their birth stage to five year
age which direct impacts on the future.
Provide: Under this, the school provide the high quality of learning from early stage of children
that makes sure that each children grow with strong skills and abilities. Apart from this, they also
fulfil welfare requirement and safeguarding the children. It is designed in that manner in which
they develop a high quality setting and provide learning so, they enjoy each learning and
growing stage of life.
Staff:Therefore, the providers need to trained the staff workers that so, they understand its
safeguarding policy as well as procedure. It makes sure that each staff members are updates with
the knowledge and they able to identifying the signs, respond timely and neglecting the earliest
opportunity.

CHILDREN (2015)
Child: Working together to safeguard children 2015 is a statuary document. The main aim is that
to promote the children welfare and safeguard as per the Children Act 2004 and Children Act
1989.
Promote: Therefore, the guidance covering the legal requirements and also expectations on each
people services to promoting the children welfare and also promote the safeguarding. The
professional understand what they actually required to do and what are expectation of other in

Safeguard:The selly Oak Nursery school aim is that to promote and safeguard children welfare
as well as young people.
Protect:They believe in safeguarding everyone responsibility and it should be a child centred as
well as coordinated approach. The services that are offered by them are as per the requirements
of children. .
Abuse: The practitioners when come into contact with the families and their children they ensure
that they are protected from the individuals abusers or potential abusers.
